I loved the location, easy walk to lots of things. Easy access to the beach. Loved having gear included for the beach and having a bedroom with a door made for more privacy! The bed was super firm but we didnt mind it.

Spacious apartment located in the Waikiki sunset building (23rd floor) that had everything we needed for our vacation. 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of shops and food trucks close-by and free parking included. Laundry rooms on every floor. Richard and Monica always helped with swift replies whenever we had a question. Thank you!

Lots of room for my family, clean and has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, views were amazing ! Having a free parking was so easy. We enjoyed our stay ! Definitely will use it again. The owners are so easy and friendly when you contact them ! Mahalos

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, in the heart of the action of Waikīkī, this place is for you. I stayed for 5 nights with my two young sons. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The living room has a let out sofa bed, which my boys enjoyed very much. I didn’t do any cooking but, the unit had pots and pans should I have chosen to do so. Refrigerator was regular size which was great for storing leftover food, milk, water, and fruit for the week. Bowls, plates, silverware were available for our use as well, which we did use. The bedroom was later with a nice view of Diamond Head, and the ocean. I would have liked a television in the bedroom just so I didn’t have to watch what the kids were watching BUT, it wasn’t so much of a bother that it took away from the awesomeness of this place. The location was AWESOME! Just two blocks to the beach, a five (5) minute walk to the zoo, a ten (10) minute walk to the aquarium, and about a 15 minute walk to International Market (the mall). Dominos is right across the street, Denny’s is about a three (3) minute walk, and the ABC store (convenience store) is about a two (2) minute walk. There is a convenience store in the building as well. Also, there’s a laundry room on the floor at the end of the hall which I did take advantage of during my stay. The host, Richard and Monica were EXCELLENT with communication. Speedy responses with all questions/concerns I had. You can’t go wrong booking this unit! Easily 5 s. 10/10!

Close to the shopping center and beach . Also the free parking is a plus especially that close to the beach. The place was spacious enough for a family of 4 . It has a great view of the ocean and I think it's was a crater.

When we left the elevator, hallway carpeting was kinda shabby, but we opened the door to our unit and were very pleased with the updated furnishings and decor. Good view of the park and the ocean. Very comfortable having a kitchen and full size refrigerator so we could eat in whenever we wanted (Weber BBQs available on pool level) and a comfortable living room to relax in (would have liked another chair besides the sofa). Lots of beach supplies provided (only 2 blocks to the beach). Free in/out parking was GREAT, access to major thoroughfares was easy when we drove to other parts of the island. The hotel mini Mart was reasonable priced with friendly staff. The many elevators are fast, a plus when your goal is the 23rd floor.Ice, washer/dryer (must bring detergent with you) and garbage chutes are at the end of each floor. We would enjoy booking this unit again in the future.

I had to cancel my trip with my friend. Richard allowed her to bring her grandchildren and daughter instead. They said the condo was great, so near the beach and had beautiful views. It was handy to everything they needed.Thank you, Richard, for being so understanding.

Love the location. 2 blocks from the beach on east end of Waikiki so it wasn’t as crowded. The view wasn’t too bad. Wasn’t a clear straight view of the beach but you can see it on the left and right side. Condo was very clean and spacious. Check-in, instructions and information were clear. Definitely will recommend to family and friend and I would rent this condo again.

Had no problems with the property!! Property Owners/Managers were great with helping us with our questions and were willing to go out of their way to bring us extra necessities. Overall location was close to the most popular part of Waikiki beach. Close to the main shopping and restaurants of Waikiki that we walked to alot when we got food, sightsee and do some shopping.

This property was perfect for the family. Not small like a hotel room and has a kitchen with what we needed. Comfortable when we were relaxing. The location was perfect, walking distance within everything we needed. Parking was immensely useful! That was one of the selling points of this property. Everyone was so helpful and nice here. Loved the location and the ease of checking in. However, if you are parking be aware that it is very tight parking with small spots and that if you have a SUV opening the trunk you should be there to catch it so it doesn't hit the cement ceiling.

Clean condo with a simple set up. Has everything you need, including beach gear. Remember to check in with security on the lobby floor. Only wish: better quality amenities like shampoo and paper towels. But can't complain overall!

Our stay at the Waikiki Sunset was mostly pleasant . The apartment was clean and had all the necessities and then some. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishing, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. There were also beach chairs, a beach bug, and an umbrella, which meant we didn't have to rent or purchse those items. The apartment is a couple blocks from the beach and plenty of restaurants. Also, we had a car so the parking garage was a big plus. The one negative was our experience with the buildings fire alarm on the first night. It went off at 11:30 pm on the first night of our arrival. We jumped up and started making our way toward the stairs. We are in good shape so we can easily do 23 flights fairly quickly. The alarm stopped after a couple of minutes, but we did not get any communication that everything was okay. Since this is an apartment and not one of the hotel suites, we did not have a hotel phone to call the front desk. When my husband got downstairs, the staff was very nonchalant and said everything was okay and someone had just burned something in a kitchen and opened the door to the hallway. They said that if the alarm is turned off in less than 4 minutes, the fire deparmtnet doesn't come. I understand that, but there still should have been some communication to ensure that everyone knew the building was safe. So, the apartment was lovely, but because of the fire alarm experience, I would not stay here again.
