We had a fantastic week at The Twin Fin. Tiki's Bar and restaurant was fabulous. We will definitely be staying here on future trips to Waikiki.

You can’t beat the location, the hotel restaurant had great food and entertainment, right across the street from the beach. Can’t say enough great things about this vacation

Parking is not the best. It had valet parking for $52 a day. Some of the valet drives were rude, and would switch up the rules all the time. Not what I expected for valet parking.

We had a partial ocean view room on the 21st floor facing Diamond Head with a great view of Waikiki. The Park Shore Waikiki blocked our view of Diamond Head. The staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT!! We checked out and hiked Diamond Head (reservation required) and left our luggage stored at the hotel. That worked out great since we were boarding our cruise ship much later in the day.

The view from our room was amazing. Everything was walking distance from our hotel (restaurants, shopping, the beach). Hotel staff was always quick and very friendly. Oh and the a/c blew nice and cold.

I didn’t like that my girlfriend slipped in the bathtub on the very first day of our trip. All they did was have her fill out an incident report with no compassion toward the situation. Also we killed 3 bugs in the room over the course of 2 days. Very disgusting. Done with the Twin Fin

Yes it is older. Yes it could be cleaner. No it is not a resort setting. But if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The oceanfront view is amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The staff is very helpful. Lots to do around the hotel.

Great location, great partial ocean view, terrible room. The room was so damp that our wet clothing would not dry. The bathroom was dirty with black mold around the tub. The curtains had black mold on the bottoms as well. If you don’t get your beach gear from the rental place first thing in the morning, you will be out of luck by 10am
