L’hôtel est accueillant et très coloré. Malheureusement nous avons obtenu une chambre qui a le mur collé à l’ascenseur. C’est extrêmement bruyant… nous avions des bouchons sur la table de chevet, maintenant on comprend pourquoi. Pas moyen de se faire changer de chambre même si on s’est plaint à la réception. Très déçus de cet hôtel, nous ne le recommanderons pas car toutes les chambres situées aux mêmes endroits à chaque étage doivent avoir le même problème d’insonorisation.

I do not get the so high rating for this hotel. I fully agree by what has been said with bad rating: don’t get full by the shiny colors: this is a old motel that has been refurbished. Positive: location, staff is friendly. Negative: not so clean, AC smells bad, furnitures are old, isolation is bad, view is horrible on the neighbor building.. very bad value for money. We finally changed our plan and shortened our stay because we were so unhappy by the place.

Je recommande aux clients cet hotel
Hotel bien placé à Waikiki . Par contre nous trouvons très cher le valet parking à 45.00 USD/ 24H00.... Ménage de la chambre , les employés ne nous ont pas dit qu'il ne fallait rien mettre sur les portes si nous voulions que le ménage soit fait . Nous avions découvert 2 jours de notre départ ne pas mettre le panneau signalétique au porte , si nous voulons que le ménage soit fait . Sinon dans l'ensemble l'hotel est très bien situé . Merci

This place is a 5/5 if you have a car you have to pay for valet parking, it’s 24hr valet parking. The entire staff was courteous the whole stay here. This will be one of my goto hotels while I’m here. Definitely on top of my list of affordable hotels that are super clean and professional.

Sehr moderne Lobby, das Zimmer war allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen & hatte einige Macken. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein, verfügte aber über einen Balkon. Aufgrund des Zustandes der Einrichtung, der Ausstattung & des nicht wirklich vorhandenen Services, mit Ausnahme des Zimmerdienstes, würde ich es als ein 3-Sterne Hotel bezeichnen, nicht aber 4-Sterne. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super & man ist mitten drin. Auch die Bushaltestelle sowie der Abholpunkt der Tagesausflüge der Agenturen liegen direkt vor der Haustüre.

Location was great, room was small, only one elevator was working, didn't like the pool location on the top floor with a flimsy looking fence looking down 14 floors.

Para aqueles que não estão acostumados, sentirão um pouco a diferença. Travesseiros bons. Contras: Não há acessibilidade para malas, como uma rampa, sendo necessário subir e descer pela escada com as malas. Há apenas acesso a elevador para PCD na entrada do Hotel.

Negatives: Mattress was extremely uncomfortable with a large dip in the center. Only one elevator was working for 14 floors. On the plus side they promptly recovered an item we left behind on accident.

The hotel was not too big and yet not to small. It has a nice pool on the roof which was never busy. The rooms are clean and housekeeping did a good job of keeping it that way while we were there. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the valet parking was convenient.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the decor was bright and colorful. I was disappointed in the pool area. There was limited seating and some chairs were broken.

Hotel is more a treat to the eye than your back or neck. Mattress are quite soft and the pillows are super high which made my sleeping quite uncomfortable. Light sleepers, you’ll need ear plugs for sure. Staff was hit and miss. Great trendy design and the location is excellent. I won’t stay here again because the bed is too uncomfortable.
