This west and south-facing corner unit offers mesmerizing ocean views that must be seen to be believed. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it is nestled in the heart of historic Waikiki, placing you right in the middle of paradise.
Just a 3-minute stroll to the world-famous Waikiki Beach, you'll find yourself soaking up the sun, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, riding the waves, or simply relaxing on the inviting sands. Waikiki's vibrant shops and award-winning dining are all just steps from your door, making this location as convenient as it is beautiful.
Inside, the air-conditioned condo features an open floor plan designed for both comfort and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you'll need. The bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV, while the living room features a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa and another Smart TV with cable. The full bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.
For added convenience, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, and all linens and towels, including beach towels, are ready for your use. Laundry facilities are located on the third floor for easy access. If you require parking, it's available in the building for $35 per day (subject to change), with payment made directly at the parking machine at the garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.

Starting July 14, 2025, Pacific Monarch will begin an elevator upgrade project (estimated to complete by July 2026). One elevator will be out of service at a time, with 2 elevators remaining in operation.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride â Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are inside the dresser.
âââââââBEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us knowâwe're happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS: There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
