Stay in our beautifully remodeled 29th-floor condo at the Waikiki Banyan (Tower 1), perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki. Just a short walk from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, you'll also be close to amazing restaurants, lively bars, local shops, and all the entertainment you could ask for. Whether you're here to surf, relax, or explore, this is the ideal home base for your Hawaii adventure.



Inside, the condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. You'll love the ocean and mountain views from your private lanai—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The air-conditioned space includes a cozy living area with a sectional sofa and a 65" Smart TV, great for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a 50" Flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner. There's even a countertop dining area for 2. The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a toilet with a bidet, and a sleek vanity for a touch of luxury. We also provide free high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary parking (a rare find in Waikiki!), and all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable.



All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you’ll also have easy access to laundry facilities located on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can’t go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

-    A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.

-    A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

DECK RENOVATION NOTICE:

The building’s recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7th, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***



THE BUILDING:

•    There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

•    There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

•    There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2



As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!



CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.
