4/2/25: ANNUAL Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to our 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting)

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 38th Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Huge Positives - The location and view were both fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki with amazing views of the ocean on one side, and the lush Hawaiian mountains on the other. Many activities, shopping, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. Negatives - The suite is pretty run down, and because the doors to the deck aren't sealed, it is very noisy at all times, as is the air conditioner. Advice - Park on Ala Wai Blvd and save yourself the $40 USD per day they charge for parking at the building. It will mean a longer walk back to your suite, but it was totally worth it for us. Just make sure you pay attention to the signs for the two times per week you can't park there.

It is super close to the beach maybe two blocks or so and super convenient location. Just know it is a one way street in and out so it’s a bit harder to get into. Other issue is there are two different elevators and you can’t get to the room elevator unless you have your yellow key. It just takes a minute to get the hang of. Other than that the room was clean and for the two of us I think we did bring extra shampoo and conditioner and stuff like that and we did end up using it. The pool is super nice too and there is a convenience store on that level as well!

I truly love my stay at this place. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate me with some things I needed help with. The place please clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing. I have been in Hawaii earlier this year and I can say this was the best time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed it. Better then a hotel.

Overall the place is perfect for a short stay, we came to get married and honeymoon and it was an amazing trip. Everything you need is within walking distance and if not there's an extremely affordable car rental at the bottom of the hotel that we utilized and paid $140 for a smart car that was perfect for 2 people. The balcony was the highlight here though, you get a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks and can watch every sunset and sunrise from there, it's an absolutely beautiful view. The only downside was we did not keep any food in the room really because we saw a cockroach once or twice, super cringe I know but I believe it's a building problem and a common thing in Hawaii as they have pest schedules posted everywhere. The pool and jacuzzi were also perfect to come back and relax in after a long day adventuring or being at the beach. Although they shut the jacuzzi down early at 7 every night due to the light being out so we just made sure to get there early. Make sure to eat at the forty niner as well they had delicious food and conveniently at the hotel as well. We had a perfect week ty for letting us stay!!

This condo was within walking distance to many popular restaurants and shopping centers. The view from the balcony was incredible in the day and at night. The ocean was also able to be viewed. Clean room and complex, would definitely stay again.

My friends and I stayed 10 nights here and had a great time. The location is super convenient and within walking distance to Waikiki and most shops. The apartment also offered a stunning view of both sea and mountains. We were a group of 3 girls so the extra pull out sofa bed was spacious enough to sleep 1 which was a plus point. Overall this would be a great pick to stay in Hawaii.

There was pubic hair on bathroom floor & in tub, light switches were filthy, chips in shower wall, gouges in wall by bed, bent & broken blinds, cheap cabinets, minimal kitchen supplies. Stayed only one night because we arrived so late. Got full refund & went somewhere else. Pictures are deceiving, do not stay here.

The rental didn’t seem like it was fully cleaned (there was half a bottle of fireball on top of the the cabinets & a giant bug by the window). Also, the shades were totally broken and we couldn’t open then because they were shattered

.it really took away from the wonderful views. I also managed the property management with a few questions and tried calling and NEVER heard back

 the location is great though, as are the common areas, and the rental was bright and had a wonderful view
