Starting the week of July, 2025, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building begins. Please be advised that balcony access for this unit will be restricted from approximately June 29, 2026, to November 20, 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM â 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.
