The room was very nice, but the floors were dirty. The shower wasn’t that great and the shower curtain had black stuff at the bottom overall, it was a nice room.

Honeymoon get away

Flight came in late, so easy to get into condo. Instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Location was in the middle of everything so very convenient for exploring. Had a great stay and would go back to this condo again!

parking is a must if your around waikiki and it was included you save a lot of money. Location is near waikiki. it's just too loud outside. Looks not properly maintained. 2 chairs are very wobbly unsafe to use. They have beach gears. Needs to be clean properly. The kitchen/bathroom vent was very dirty. Communication wth the rental property is very good.

Amazing

Everything went smoothly, they have a lot of things available in the room to use, towels, chairs, etc. the room was clean and everything went well. Our flight came in at hour early and after talking with them they even allowed us to check in an hour earlier.

There are a few areas that could be improved. Communication about ongoing building renovations (including noise and the pool closure) would have been helpful prior to arrival. The AC and fan weren’t functioning properly at first, and although the technician did fix it, we had to rearrange our plans to be present for the appointment. The unit itself could also benefit from some updates and closer attention to cleanliness, as several dishes and utensils needed to be rewashed and a few features appeared more worn than shown in the listing photos. Overall, clearer communication and some maintenance updates would make the stay much smoother.

just alright

Floor was hideously dirty; walking around barefoot left the soles of our feet black as soot. Cockroaches abound. The nearby bar, Cuckoo Coconuts, plays inescapably loud music until 10-11pm. We were alright only because we had earplugs.

Needs some work

We had a really good time in Waikiki, the location is perfect. All the instructions for check in were great, nice building, parking is a great feature and fully stocked kitchen. There was one day the internet wasn't working, we called the property manager and it was fixed right away. On the other hand there are lots of things that need to be taken care off: the apartment needs to be cleaned properly before guests check in, there was sand in the closet from the beach chairs, vents look awfully dirty. There where only 3 beach chairs instead of 4 as advertised. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The top of the dining stools are broken, my 8 yo felt twice when seated there.. Although the listing mentions fully renovated, it does not look like it. Not sure I would stay there again.

While this rental was marginally acceptable, there were multiple problems: * The room is a STUDIO, not a 1 BEDROOM as it is fraudulently listed on Expedia! * Most of the art shown in the photos of the walls is no longer there. There is no bedspread at all, especially not the nice turtle one shown in the pictures. * The pool is closed, despite it being listed as an amenity. * Several maintenance issues: Closet door is off track, track is bent, and handle is missing. Toilet seat was loose, and I had to tighten the nuts holding it down. Outlet behind couch is dead. Remote control to air condition does not work. Extreme paint peeling in bathroom. Large scratches on the floor at ends of couch. A/C cycles on and off way too much (on for 20-30 secs at a time before turning off). Leak under bathroom sink. Patio door ridiculously hard to open. Patio door does not lock, even though the patio is potentially accessible from the balconies on the left and the right. * There are an unsafe number of different things plugged into outlet strips, all going into a single outlet. * The chair is sitting right in front of the air conditioner, blocking the air coming out of it. * There are four stools around the table, but there just isn’t room for four stools. One of the stools is very wobbly and about to fall apart. * A/C condensation forms puddle on patio. * Front door keypad does not match instructions emailed. * 2 of 3 beach chairs have torn seats and are completely useless.

Not enough space for everything I let them know about.

Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, beach etc. Parking spot very handy. Great view of the Friday night fireworks. We are 2 seniors & booked for 16 days.Arrived on Jan 5/25 & phoned the Management Company (MC), followed up by texting pictures & followed up usually daily for the following issues:- Dining room stool needed screws tightened. It would have broken if sat on. Fixed on Jan 9th- Air Conditioner filthy. Jan 6th cleaned & disinfected- The bathroom vent was also full of dust & the floor wasn’t clean. No response on this- Fridge didn’t work. Freezer did. Jan 9th someone came & check it out. needed a new fridge. Jan 11th MC had a new fridge but were waiting for building maintenance to pad elevator. Jan 13th elevator was padded, which I let them know. Jan 16th, we received the new fridge. I asked for compensation starting on Jan 11th- Curtains filthy large area. No response on this.- Broken beach chair. Jan 6th removed it & replaced Jan 9th- The Lanai chairs were falling apart. Replaced Jan 9th.Texted to MC on Jan 6th- There were no sink stoppers for the kitchen and bathtub. Received Jan 6th- Shower curtain was moldy. Replaced Jan 6th- No tea towels. No response We are still in discussions about compensation. I rejected their first offer and am waiting for their response.

Don't Be Fooled by the Photos

I made our reservation based on photos of the property but those are deceiving. Do not expect a well decorated unit, instead we entered a bare-walled, very stripped down version of what's online. The unit says it's "fully renovated" a few years ago but stove is easily from the 1980s (we didn't even try to use it) and wall paint is stripped so badly in the bathroom that you can see parts of the drywall. Also, our toilet was clogged when we arrived and it turned out that there was a bar of soap stuck in it! We had to call the property manager, Luis, who was SUPER kind and helpful to come fix the toilet. He couldn't do it so he had to call for a plumber for further assistance on day 2. We were told to use the restrooms in the lobby until ours could be fixed. I'm not sure if the previous guests played a prank or no one (i.e. cleaning crew) checks if the toilet is working prior to guests' arrivals?! Either way, this should have been caught and fixed before we arrived. Also, the tops of the dining stools are completely broken and come right off the legs of the stools so we couldn't eat at the dining table. The whole place is bare boned so don't expect much and definitely not what's pictured online. The only saving grace is the location, the helpful property manager, and the fact that the unit provides beach towels/toys/gear so that's a plus for families. These are the only reasons I give this unit 2 stars overall.

Not as advertised

This property was not as advertised! It is not freshly remodeled. Parts of the ceiling and curtains looked like it was heavily smoked in at some point. The bathroom base board was falling off the walls completely, the toilet seat was loose, there were holes in the wall from what we assumed was an old towel rack. When it comes to the cleanliness… It was awful. We swept a large pile of dirt, sand, hair, and crumbs within being in the property for not even an hour. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were crumbs all over the mattress protector. Once we actually pulled back all of the sheets on the queen bed, we were so disgusted! The sheets were covered in what felt like sand. It seemed like the unit had not be cleaned in between guests. The check in process was not as stated in the arrival direction email. There was no one in the lobby to help check us in, if it was not for someone leaving we would have not even been able to get in to the building. We were never given the 3 number code to get into the mailbox to get the lock pad keys to enter the building and use the elevator. When we called the number for Grand Welcome Rentals which was provided in the arrival email, we NEVER got through to a physical person and I tried 3 times. This was our first family vacation, with an 8 month old. We have never felt so disgusted staying somewhere that was advertised as such a lovely property. The original description mentioned a pack and play as per requested, once requested we were notified there was not a pack and play for this property and the description was quickly changed. There are not clear or direct check in or out directions, and when asked we were not given any information. It seems like the property management company does not even know anything about this property. This is also right above a bar with live music that is very loud until early morning. I would not recommend this for any families. We looked our entire trip constantly for another place to stay which was not possible with such short notice. Very disappointed.

The property is in a great location surrounded by many great restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment is a studio so can fit 2 people adequately but not really any more. The parking spot provided was awesome since we rented a car for our entire stay.

Great location. Beautiful view. Free parking

I’m happy I choose to stay here. Perfect location for those who enjoy city life with loud music and late entertainment. This condo is located right in downtown, close to the beach and hundreds of stores and restaurants. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need: microwave, toaster, kettle, all the dishes. Free parking is a huge bonus for those who like to explore and travel outside of the city. A lot of beach stuff also provided: chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. There was some confusion with checking in, I couldn’t get inside of the building because all the doors are locked (you have to have their bud to open them) and there was no one on the front desk, so I had to ask random people to let me in. When I got my bud from the mailbox I realised that I don’t have a passcode for the door, so I had to call to the Grandgwelcome customer service, they sent me a code. I don’t want to share all the details about cleanliness, but they definitely need to do a better job, so people don’t have to start their vacation from cleaning up.

Great, low key property

MsrinevSurf is a great place to stay if you're more concerned about location and logistics. Location is great and they have all the items you need for snorkeling, boogie boarding,, sand toys for kids, and sunbathing and so on. Flip side is it's the opposite of a full service hotel.

Over all good

Property was as listed, extra lines were appreciated as well as beach items. Couple of cleanliness issues: floors were not cleaned well, shower curtain was moldy and base board pulled away from bathroom wall. View was good but local music venue was extremely loud every night until about midnight.

This place was wonderful! It was clean, had a spectacular view, and was in the heart of Waikiki. When I go back, I will definitely stay there again!

DFSの近く、SEA SIDE AVEにあり、どこに行くにも便利。各階にランドリールームがあり、洗濯機・乾燥機が完備。持っていく衣服を減らせます。多分、1フロア12室でほかの部屋の人と重なることも殆どありませんでした。チェックインのトステムるいたってシンプルで数日前に届くメールを読めば確実にチェックインできます。駐車場への出入りもKuhio AVE側から問題なくできます。ただ、チェックインタイムが16時だったのが・・・ 全体的には、不可はなく、また利用したいです。
