• Check-in is at the Lobby within The Grand Waikikian, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club.

• Arrival & Departure Lounge is on the 8th floor of Grand Waikikian and is open 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. daily.

• Shared laundry facilities are available on each floor.

• Valet parking: $89 plus tax per day; oversized vehicles: $110 plus tax per day.

• Self-parking: $69 plus tax per day.

• Parking fees are subject to change and availability.

• A $250 incidentals deposit is required at check-in.

• Hawaii lodging tax applies.

• Late arrivals after midnight must contact the resort front desk to avoid no-show cancellation.

• Extend your stay at least one day in advance if additional nights are desired, as rooms may fill quickly.

• Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms; applicable resort smoking policies and fees apply.

• The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid photo ID and major credit card are required at check-in.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

• Watercraft equipment rentals and other select resort services may involve additional fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
