Le service du personnel est impeccable! Un gros merci à Moana et Shane de la reception. Pour les milles et unes attentions et réponses à nos questions. Les vallets aux voitures étaient gentils,serviables et courtois. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel l’emplacement est parfait prêt de tout et le personnel agréable font la différence

mérite vraiment le prix d'excellence
Hôtel au calme, à l'écart de Waikiki tout en restant proche de la plage et des magasins. tout a bien commencé avec l'accueil hyper professionnel de John, calme et souriant, décrivant toutes les vastes possibilités de la résidence, restant l'écoute de tous nos besoins avec de judicieux conseils. Tout au long de notre séjour d'une semaine, nous avons retrouvé les mêmes qualités chez tous les intervenants, nous avons vraiment ressenti une réelle envie de nous faire passer un bon séjour, des personnes souriantes, toujours disponibles. La chambre est grande, accueillante et décorée avec tact et bon gout. Equipement complet, robuste et et de bonne qualité, il ne manque rien. Excellent literie, grand matelas , draps soyeux, oreillers moelleux. Salle de bain très propre et fonctionnelle. Rajoutez un service de chambre associé à une propreté rigoureuse. Wifi dans les chambres, salle de sport, buanderie, machine à café et à glace: tous gratuits... Une piscine suffisante pour la résidence, serviettes mises gracieusement à disposition. Oui, nous avons aimé cet hôtel où nous avons passé une excellent séjour.

This hotel was awesome i just wished i could self park for free or self park at a cheaper rate then 45 a night. I honestly thought it was free because how much i spent on the package deal from the flight, car and hotel. It was still nice to visit.

On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

The property was lovely, clean, accomdated all of our needs. The staff was most gracious...all the staff. I do wish check-in could be earlier than 4pm cuz it doesnt leave much room to be on time for 445 dinner reservations.Being from Texas, I didnt feel the AC was able to keep the room temp cool enough, however I would certainly visit this property again and recommend, mostly because the staff and location.

Great stay-awesome check-in at 6:30 am-got a pass key for media room, washrooms, a garden & work out room and valet checked our luggage. Went for a walk and breakfast and got our room at 9:30 am for a full check in. All this after a 10 hour flight from Sydney, Australia!

早めに着きましたが、とても明るくフレンドリーな男性スタッフが対応してくれて、｢クイーンベッドの部屋ならすぐにチェックインできるよ。もう少し待てばキングベッドの部屋も用意できる｣と教えてくれました。 何より嬉しかったのは、予約するとき、できれば眺めのいい部屋とリクエストに書いてはいましたが、大抵のホテルでは叶ったことがありません。もちろんその時の部屋の予約状況があるので、仕方ない事と承知していることですが、このスタッフは、23階の部屋を用意してくれました。その部屋は広くてキッチン付きで窓からの眺めは最高でした。左にアラワイ運河、右側の遠くには海も見えて、それだけで値段以上の価値があると思いました。バスルームも広く洗面台も使いやすく、何のストレスもなく4泊を快適に過ごしました。 ワイキキのホテルはどこも高く、このホテルはその中でも比較的良心的なお値段でしたが、リゾートフィーが込みだったのがとても良かったです。他のホテルはサイトで支払いを済ませても、現地でリゾートフィーを別途支払わなければならないところが多くて、トータルすると、かなりの金額になってしまいます。このホテルは、部屋の清掃はありませんが、備品などは言えば対応してくれるので、何の問題もなく、その点でもとても良心的だと思いました。 その他、フラ教室やレイ作りなど、無料のアクティビティも充実しているようで、体験してみたい方には嬉しいサービスだと思います。 立地も繁華街やバス停に徒歩圏内です。 次もまたここに泊まりたくなる、お勧めのホテルです！

Super Hotel um Waikiki und die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Die Appartements sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! Parkplätze stehen am Kanal kostenlos zu Verfügung, man muss manchmal nur etwas suchen.

The staff is amazing. They're so friendly and warm. I also loved having laundry on site! The parking is tough at $38 per night. A parking ticket is $35 😹 . We found some free parking nearby but there are parking rules. There isnt daily room service, but they provide extra towels and linens if you ask the front desk. I had such a great stay. The property is walking distance from Waikiki Beach and the shopping strip. I would definitely stay here again!!
