CHECK-IN: 3 PM. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with keyless smart lock. Each guest will receive a unique code.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 7 AM.

SECURITY: Available 24 hours (on-site).

LAUNDRY: Located on the 8th floor. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily. Payment via credit card and PayRange app.

MANAGEMENT ACCESS: The building occasionally requires entrance to units for routine pest control/maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). The schedule is set by building maintenance. The choice to be present or not is yours. You will be notified of any maintenance/repairs being done during your stay.


The Ilikai Marina offers various transportation options, making it a superb location for guests without a car.

Please keep in mind that this building contains condos that are privately owned. This is not a hotel. There is no pool or extra amenities on-site.

Spalling repair will be performed on the exterior of our condo building from 03/01/25 - 12/15/25 (tentative). Occasional noise may be present due to ongoing construction work. Please inquire if you have further questions.

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the beach accessories. There was clear communication with the host. They truly want you to feel comfortable and always responded quickly to my questions.

Great Vacation

The property was great, a little sketchy at times but for the most part good. The directions to get there could use some work, we had to ask several people where to go before finding our spot. I couldnt find the name of the actual place."Ilikai Marina" anywhere in my email. But the actual apartment was nice and clean and comfortable, it was a great place to call home for a week!!!
Hawaii gave us a goodbye send-off on our last day.

Waikiki Getaway

Perfect location and atmosphere for a 4 day getaway. The condo is perfect in every way. Very comfortable and had everything you need. Easy walk ability to everything Waikiki and also easy access to leave downtown to other parts of the island. The host is also very attentive and has thought of everything to make the stay easy. We will definitely return.
