There is no pool at this location, but you can step directly from the building onto Waikiki Beach.

THIS CONDO IS FOR SALE. Guests must agree to allow a 15–30-minute supervised showing of the condo with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Because these activities are outside our control, we cannot be responsible for availability, closures, noise, or other temporary disruptions involving areas outside the individual condo unit.

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual costs for smoke/fire damage repair or replacement.
