A notre arrivée nous avons constaté que l'appartement n'était pas propre. Tapis taché, meubles tachés, robinetterie qui fonctionnait mal, rideaux tachés.
Heureusement le propriétaire a pu nous reloger dans un autre appartement plus correct, sans ça notre séjour aurait été misérable.

Checkin/our process was straightforward & very thorough instructions. Location was great & was able to walk around with minimal worries. Room was satisfactory w/ all of the essentials if one had to be in studio for more time than just sleeping & showering. Shower faucet leaked & many fix-it’s done adequately. Didn’t expect a 5-star hotel, but have to say that the parking & location override the rating. It was truly a BONUS!!!

Everything was excellent. Great communication and quick reply from hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was central and within walking distance to the beach, food trucks, restaurants and shops. The condo was equipped with all the basic essentials and more. I’d stay here again and recommend this anytime.

It was exactly as advertised, cold a/c, big space, cute balcony. The clearance in the parking garage is no joke tho and the parking spots are skinny, so just be aware of that. The neighborhood seemed a little shady but no problems while we were there (for a week). Free parking is a super bonus, especially in Waikiki. Overall, it was perfect for what we were doing on island, just needed a place to crash that was clean, convenient (5 min walk to Duke's and the beach) and not super expensive, and this place fit that bill.

Great location in Waikiki. Free parking was really nice and convenient. Checking in was simple and host communicates very well. Only things that weren't so great was limited silverware in kitchen and directions to the complex, but once you know how to get there you know for the rest of the stay.I'd come back again.

Super close to the beach and shopping mall, less than 2 minutes walk to Waikiki. Location is unbearable. Room is clean and comfortable. There are street noises and you can hear the wind, but those are expected on such a busy street. Highly recommended if you are looking for the best location and not picky with some sound during night

The place is exactly as described. It was clean the beds were comfortable two balconies, great shower pressure, and great chairs for the beach. I would stay here again the next time I come.

Had a great time!
We had a great time. Location was excellent. The beach chairs and umbrella saved 100 a day on rentals. Having a parking spot was nice and not paying for that was worth its weight in gold. Had one small issue with the shower, very minor. Was taken care of right away with no inconvenience to us. Lots of food, activities and the beach within a short walk. The lanai was my favorite spot. Started and ended each day watching and enjoying the city. Only comment would be that the mattress could definitely use a topper. Will definitely be back.

Check-in was a breeze with clear, straightforward instructions. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and only a minute to local coffee shops, stores, and eateries. The free parking was a huge bonus, especially since we ventured out of Waikiki frequently. As first-time parents traveling with an infant, we appreciated that they provided a pack-and-play crib. One thing to note is that the surface is a bit firm, so we used some couch pillows to add extra cushioning, which worked perfectly. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a full kitchen, including everything from utensils and cookware to basics like salt, pepper, oil, and even spices. They also thoughtfully provided beach essentials such as sunscreen and aloe, which came in handy. While there were a couple of minor issues, the customer service was outstanding. They responded immediately and took care of everything promptly—definitely a 10 out of 10 in that department. As with any place in Waikiki, be prepared for some noise—typically, it quiets down around 9 or 10 PM. Occasional sirens or city sounds can be a bit loud, but that's to be expected in this area. Overall, considering the price and the overall experience, we found it to be an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend!

The place was as described!Very economical! Centric ! Everything is close by, 6-7 min walk to the beach!Dining close by! Just be aware it does get loud as describes but not bad! My family slept through the night! Close by to all major shopping centers!

The unit was as expected for the price. Even though it could use an update, it looks original, it was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrella are great additions. One thing I would suggest replacing is the mattress. It is old and very uncomfortable.
