« Excellent cottage in great location, very close to town but quietly tucked away. Everything you need for a stay, all fixtures and fittings of good quality. Only minor niggle is limited windows that open and shower was very slow to drain otherwise highly recommended. »

« Arrived for a 1-night stay and stayed in Room 4 for 3 adults. We parked directly out front where there is off road parking for 2 cars (please note that the curb is not lowered to access this). Location was quite quiet overnight which I was surprised about! Owners were very friendly and offered advice and leaflets on places to visit! The interior of the room itself was very modern, however my friend noted that the carpets did not look clean and there was a lot of cobwebs. Only downside for me was...

« Perfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. »

« Beautiful new place. The room was very nice, shower very spacious. Had afternoon tea here as well and it was delicious, with a great view of the castle. You can relax with hot or cold drinks outside in the courtyard after a day out. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. »

« I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again. »

« All worked perfectly with the handover. The instructions are very good for finding the house as GPS can be unreliable up there. It is way off the beaten track and very isolated. The road is bumpy but you do not need an SUV. The accommodation is very nice and we wanted for nothing as we brought up everything. The owner left some treats for us. « Great stay from start to finish, all the staff were very friendly, room was big and had everything we needed, breakfast this morning was spot on. »

« Great communication from the property owner from the start. What a lovely house.. lots of space for us all (6 adults and one teen) - we particularly enjoyed the open fire in the sitting room as it was pretty chilly during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the extra fridge / freezer was perfect as we were cooking here on Christmas Day! A slight hiccup with the heating before arrival but the property owner was in contact immediately and did everything possible to rectify...
