« Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5. »

« Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point. »

« Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Marshmallows, skewers, logs for the indoor and outdoor wood burners, and upmarket tea bags all complimentary; only let down by basic Nescafé coffee sachets and pots of UHT milk. A small fridge would be useful to allow for proper fresh milk and keeping drinks cool. Beds were comfy and the separated bunk...

« The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful »
