Oceanfront Home, Best Location: Walk to Town, 4 Bed/3 Bath, Pet Friendly!

4 Bedroom/3 Full Baths in the middle of quintessential Topsail Beach (not to be confused with Surf City or North Topsail). We also allow Sunday to Sunday rental if available. Enjoy your Saturdays at the beach and not waiting in traffic. Walk to restaurants, pier, putt-putt and gift shops (.5 miles from it all!). The highlight of this home is the expansive deck where you will spend most of your time. When you aren't enjoying the deck or the beach, play a game of ping pong or a round of cards or walk to town. The back deck has gates to keep pets and kids in. This home is perfect for families or couples looking to get away in a laid back setting. The house is directly on the beach, but not on the main road so you do not have cars passing by at 35mph. The area is great for walking or biking and the recently re-nourished beach is breathtaking. There is no better beach location in South Topsail.

Fantastic beach, never crowded. We had everything we needed for our group aged 12 to 79. We cooked all our food using the well stocked kitchen. And the beds were very comfy. The deck was big with plenty of furnishings. It was a perfect get away.

Our stay was AMAZING!! This house is the perfect location, super clean and has everything that you could possibly need. The host is SO responsive and generous with everything at her house. I hope to be able to come back again one day! It’s super close to a few restaurants, puttputt, shopping and a playground. The air conditioner works fantastic, which is a MUST for me at the beach. There is a huge deck overlooking the beach which we took advantage of every day! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

The property was well maintained and clean. Everything was updated but it had a perfect cottage feel. The owners were very responsive to our needs and provided excellent check-in info. The beach was beautiful! The only surprise was that one of the bedrooms was downstairs and only accessible by going outdoors and u or downstairs. Diffficult to do when there is only one key to the downstairs door and in the dark or rain. It might be difficult for families with several young children.

The house was perfect for my family of six. My husband, daughter, son in law, 2 grand sons, and I rented this house for the week and it was great! The house had everything we needed and the ping pong table was a big hit with the grand sons. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. I will rent again!

Excellent stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here for 5 nights. Our dog enjoyed it too! The property is actually better than advertised in many ways. There is plenty of space, and the deck is fantastic. It's clean and well-equipped. You can't beat being right on the beach. A convenience store and restaurants are within walking distance. Publix and a few other amenities are about 15-20 minutes away by car, so it's all very convenient. The neighborhood is safe and quiet -- all of the beachgoers were friendly. The beach itself was not too crowded, so it made for a nice experience for our kids and dog too. We definitely didn't feel like we were competing for space to setup our beach gear, etc. The owners are very friendly, easy to communicate with. You can tell that they care about their guests. The only quirky thing I will point out is that there is an internal elevator that connects the top and bottom floors. That's the only internal way to get from the top to the bottom -- otherwise you either have to take the stairs out front or out back. Moreover, since the elevator is not recommended for frequent use by the owners, it does sort of feel like two separate apartments (3 bedrooms upstairs 1 bedroom downstairs) rather than one property with 4 bedrooms. This didn't stop us from having a memorable time, and we would love to return again in the future.

A little paradise

Beautifully updated. On the beach. The deck was great and spacious with lots of seating area both sun and shade. Deck was fairly new. Could tell the house was surrounded by memories of loving family. Owners were very kind and helpful. Was the perfect stay!

Had a great time at this location. House was very clean and all essentials needed. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and pretty. House came with boogie boards, toys, umbrellas and has its own walkway straight to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Amazing Beach House

We had a wonderful time in Topsail at this incredible beach front home. It was the perfect place for our family gathering of 7 adults and a dog.The beach is steps away. The back porch has lots of space, and everybody was able to find a place to get comfortable, relax, and enjoy the ocean view. There was also plenty of room for all of us in the house. It was clean, comfortable, and the house was well equipped. The bedrooms were big and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was big enough that several people could help prepare meals, all of us fit around the kitchen table, and we could all hang out or play games in the living room together.And the location is great! My kids were so excited when they realized how close it was to their favorite ice cream store.Maria was very easy to communicate with. She was so helpful and kind during the booking and check in process. She even checked in during our stay to make sure that everything was ok.This is such a great place…we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

This was a great little place that me, husband and our 3 kids stayed in for 5 days. You can tell it’s a family home that has meant so much to many over the decades by the pictures on the wall. It’s exactly as described in the listing. It’s clean, peaceful and we’d love to stay there again.

Great deck!

Great location

Very comfortable house right on the beach. Owner made entry very easy with clear instructions for everything. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable home. Beach was very pretty, clean. Not at all crowded, we mostly had the beach behind the house to ourselves. Prompt responses to any questions we had. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a wonderful spot for us… The view and enormous porch was amazing! The beach is right there… Easy to see my teens on the beach while I read on the porch!! House was exactly as described… Very clean… Owners are awesome!
