« Our family stayed here in June 2024, the house is clean and has plenty of space. Views from the back deck are incredible and being right on the beach is the number one reason to rent this house. Dina worked with us and allowed us to use the space earlier than check in time for kids to nap, everyone to shower, and rest before a last dinner reservation. « As other reviews have stated, the house was very clean. It rained while we were there, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit in the back like we wanted to but it was a cute area. The neighborhood was in a great location and everything felt pretty close by. We would definitely stay at this rental again! »

« The property was just as advertised. Very comfortable. Updated has been done to kitchen and baths. Great Views. The only thing negative is an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice has to go out and buy some on the first night. Night lights in the bathrooms would have also been nice. But all in all, a great house with all of your needs met. Sliding glass door did not lock. »

« This property was perfect for what we needed. Having a dock/pier and 3 bedrooms for the price point was amazing. The homes nearby are beautiful. Don’t judge a book by its cover. This home while older still offers a lot of charm and practicality. Appliances all worked, kitchen was stocked, and the views were worth every penny. »

« We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house! »
