This house was recently renovated including a large balcony located off the 30’ long master suite with breathtaking river & city skyline views. Enjoy riverfront relaxing with, dolphins, white herons, and if they are in the mood for seagrass, manatees! About the property…

On the 1st floor you will walk into the newly renovated living room with a 65" Roku TV that leads into the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances & an Amazon Alexa Dot, along with a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender/Food Processor, 2 full sets of dinnerware, pots/pans, bbq set, knife block, loaded spice rack, electric wine opener, plenty of drink glasses and more!

Once you grab your cup a coffee or glass of wine, take a seat in the back sitting room which has a 22 FOOT Wall-to-Wall Window facing the gorgeous Halifax River! This room features bamboo rattan furniture with a couch that has a queen pull out bed. This is also where the backdoor is located to go out to the paved patio featuring patio furniture, a propane fire pit, picnic table with umbrella and a private dock with built in bench for seating which is perfect for watching the dolphins, birds, boats, and manatees if they're hungry for seagrass!

The 1st Floor also features a bathroom with shower, dining area/breakfast nook and a bedroom with a Sealy Queen Adjustable Mattress, 40" Roku TV, Amazon Alexa Dot & a custom built in closet with hangers. If needed I also have a shower seat, walker with seat & wheels and a cane.

Off of the breakfast nook is the garage which features a washer, dryer and a second freezer. This is also where the kayaks are stored, which you can enjoy for free with your stay!

On the second floor, you will first see the second bedroom with a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, Amazon Alexa Dot, closet/hangers. There is also a full bathroom with shower and tub that features all new granite and has a small window looking out to the river. Next to the bathroom is the owner's closet, which is locked at all times. Please do not try to unlock.

....We can't forget the 30' long master suite featuring a king size bed, 55" Roku TV, Couch with 2 reclining seats (please keep the couch cover on), Amazon Alexa Dot his and hers custom built in closets with hangers, beautiful bamboo furniture, and a 24-foot long walk out balcony featuring 2 zero gravity chairs so you can enjoy the breathtaking river and city skyline views of Daytona!

**Included with your stay is fresh, high quality linens in all bedrooms, towels, complimentary shower toiletries, paper products, some cleaning products and a case of bottled water to start off your stay without having to run to the store!**

Neighborhood Description

Daytona/Ormond Beach is known for Daytona International Speedway, which hosts February’s iconic Daytona 500 NASCAR race. The beach has hard-packed sand where driving is permitted in designated areas. Near the boardwalk’s rides and arcades, Daytona Beach Bandshell stages FREE summer concerts. Steps from the beach, Daytona Lagoon water park offers go-karts, laser tag and waterslides. There are 3 beautiful, family/pet parks located less than a mile from the house, along with many restaurants to enjoy!

HOUSE RULES

As a host, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! My goal is to help my guests create beautiful memories in this coastal riverfront home. To do so, I would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING.

This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and I truly appreciate your cooperation!

– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. (This is a residential home. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels appropriate.)
- Only registered guests are allowed on property. An extra $50 fee PER PERSON will be applied.
– DO NOT SMOKE inside the home. Extra $50 cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, an extra $25 will be applied.
- PLEASE be careful with ALL kitchen appliances. Broken appliances will result in an extra fee of up to the value of the appliance.
– Please do not rearrange the furniture.
– No shoes on in the house.
– If using the adjustable mattress, located in the first floor bedroom, please be mindful it was very expensive and there will be a FEE ADDED if broken.

- After using the patio furniture and/or fire pit (propane not included) please put covers back on after using (WAIT at least 30 mins before putting the cover on the propane fire pit.) If patio furniture is damaged, that will result in an extra fee of up to $1,000.
- If using the kayaks, please wear a life jacket, and be careful with the paddles. A lost life jacket/paddle will result in an extra $50 FREE per paddle and/or life jacket lost. If the kayak is damaged that will result in an extra free of up to $250.
- After using the outdoor umbrellas please put them back in the outdoor cubby in the backyard.
- If using the fishing rods, please be careful. You must provide your own bait and additional line. If rods are lost or broke, that can result in an extra fee of up to $50 per fishing rod.
- If bring your pets, please clean up after them. If not cleaned up it will result in an extra $150 cleaning fee.

- PARKING: you are free to park in the driveway. (Not in the garage)
- Please keep the garage door shut AT ALL TIMES (Bugs & lizards are common in Florida and we don't want them getting inside the home.)
– Feel free to use the BBQ outside, it is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean, grilling/cleaning are provided in the home . If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra $30 cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own propane to the BBQ, as it is not supplied.
– Please acknowledge that from occasionally, I may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. I try my very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host DOES NOT take any responsibility for the consumables.
– If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with me about it first.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra $250 cleaning charge and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- There are 2 security cameras on this property. One is a doorbell facing the street/driveway. The other is on the outside the house on the top floor and faces the dock incase of any issues with boats/kayaks.

– Lastly, because this is a residential community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Daytona, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Please tidy up the property as you found it before checking out.)
