At our resort we all take great pride in providing the highest levels of service, therefore I am very sorry to learn that our service was not up to our typical five-star standard. I can assure you that our staff cares about creating memorable experiences for all our guests and genuinely apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Our intentions to refresh the Taboras Restaurant and do maintenance on one of the room blocks, were disseminated to our Tour Operators and direct bookings as we wanted to ensure we are transparent and set the expectations for incoming guests. If this information did not reach you, we truly apologize.We hope though, that we can regain your trust and that you will give us the opportunity to serve you with the five-star service you deserve in a rejuvenated environment.
