« 5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

« Beautiful setting on the lake. The cabin has basic amenities and a small kitchen. It could have used kitchen towels. Also the outdoor light to the front door did not work. Overall it was a good experience. »

« Renovated rooms, clean and bright, nice small kitchen, small screened porches overlook the lake. We were pre-season but can see how the beach and waterfront would be nice. We will book again. »

« View of Little Squam from house and deck was lovely, nightly s’mores with the grandkids around the fire pit (well stocked with firewood) was great fun after beach and water play filled days.House and beds comfortable and ac appreciated on the hottest days.
