« Beautiful little house , great central base to adventure from…location is excellent, peaceful setting , upon arrival lights left on “9.00pm”, locally made hot cross buns , honey and milk waiting for us, such a nice personal touch. Two parents, two adult children and two “Well” behaved dogs, had a wonderful time. Highly Recommend. 6 ⭐️ Rating. »

« House is in a beautiful location with beautiful views. The house is unique, an interesting design, and the host was friendly and accomodating. However the house is quite musty in side and the furniture seriously needs updating, with sofa springs sticking out like they it come from an op shop. All the bathrooms and kitchen need upgrades and we found the house very expensive for the quality of the property. Despite this we did enjoy the location. »

« Lovely place to stay, amazing views of the hokianga harbour, fantastic sunsets, great area, friendly locals, the place had everything we needed, we were all comfortable, unable to connect to wifi or get freeview going, but the property manager refunded us some money towards personal data. Only downfall for us, was that even though the property is pet friendly, its not fenced so we couldnt allow our fur baby to freely be outside and just relax, with the main road just below a worry, however great...
