Vue de la chambre nulle (toits et parking) Accueil et service tres décevants pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, check-in et check-out tres tres longs avec beaucoup d’erreurs, encaissement de la caution dès le check in, lors du check-out erreur sur le montant de la somme à débiter, personnel incapable de dire quelle somme a été débitée, en plus débité sur la mauvaise carte de credit; bref on a eu l’impression d’avoir eu affaire à des débutants ou des incompétents. Piscine extérieure fermée Nourriture toujours aussi excellente et abondante

Hotel is good, team was very nice. Slava helped us a lot and was super nice. The garden around is beutiful. Inside pool is nice but in the past was warmer, for us it wasnt hot enough this time. The hotel use high quality food material for dinner but the main dishes wasn't so good
