« Bathroom (specifically the shower) needed a really deep clean. Otherwise, clean room. Bed was NOT comfortable. They need to update the TVs to smart TV. Staff was very nice and accommodating. »

« The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed »

« Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »

« The place was really nice and clean. A place I would bring my kids to next time. Parking could be a bit difficult if they're full, but overall really good place to stay. »
