You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »

« Room was very clean. There were charging stations where you just lay the phone on the platform and enough plugs if you needed to charge something else. Desk folded out for more space. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion in dispensers. Pretty quiet except the neighbor with the loud tv, but the front desk helped with that. Breakfast was fine: cereal, instant oatmeal, bagels, eggs, sausage, juice, etc. Plenty of drink selections for coffee & tea. Front desk was friendly and effecient. »

« Great for families but not so much if you’re looking to relax. The bed was clean but the rooms are really run down. Mold sealed into the shower, broken tiles, old carpet that smells bad. No towels available after the first day and staff was rude about asking for more even though a sign literally says to ask staff for pool towels. »
