Mitigé
Quelques nuits de pauses avant un voyage plus long en Tasmanie. La qualité du logement et la propreté sont irréprochable. Par contre pour ce prix et ce standing annoncé il aurait été heureux que certains services soient compris et de bonne qualité, par exemple le wifi et l'utilisation des machines à laver sont hors de prix pour un réseau dysfonctionnel et des machines vétustes.

Nice location, the best part! Hotel needs a refurb, internet is average, sometimes drops out, and the beds are functional. A good refurb and some training on staff that don't act like robots and read the riot act when you ask for a late check up would be vast improvements.

Said this in other reviews, needs new decor, but has washing facilities and fridge etc so that's handy. As a multiple room, multiple rebooking guest over 10 days spending lots of money, I have been frustrated having to check out at 10am, drag my luggage downstairs to reception, then come back at 2pm to recheck in as they never seem to be able to coordinate cleaners to maybe sort out a seamless check-in. If that could have been done better I would have been much happier but it just seemed like the "rules are rules" were more important than trying to keep the guest comfortable and less hassle. Ah well.

Our typical room move procedure normally requires guests to check out of their apartments by 10am, leaving their luggage packed by the door for our housekeeping staff to move once their new room is ready. This allows our guests to go out and enjoy the sites of Hobart. Our guaranteed check in time is 2pm, if rooms are available for check in any earlier we do notify the guests as they become available. Our advise to guests is to always book direct so we can offer the best solution so room moves aren't necessary. where possible we always try and keep our guests with follow on bookings in the same room. Mostly it's about location location location, it's in a good one near the harbor, but the less good aspects are the decor is getting dated, the showers a little old fashioned but what sort of frustrated me the most as a guest doing a few bookings with my work colleagues over a long 10 or so days, they would always make me check out formally, drop luggage off at 10am reception, then only 2pm would rooms be available, which seems a little formal, they could have found a way with cleaners etc to move to new rooms if they directed cleaners and even once promised this but nothing happened. As I write this I am at a cafe nearby "waiting" for 2pm to tick over so I can go recheck in again with my colleague who also has their own room waiting.

Awesome place
Very clean and great location. Close to water, restaurants, bars and breweries. Be sure to make arrangements for off-hour arrival/departure even if you don’t plan to be late. Our flight was delayed but I called the number from the email and they gave me the code.

Location is perfect and the ladies at reception are very helpful. Small amount of onsite parking so book well in advance. The bed was comfortable. What I found disappointing was the room was very noisy (truck noise, fridge was noisy, air con was noisy, there was also water pipe noise presumably from other rooms) The shower also dripped.
