Beautiful hotel
My roof was blind but maybe better when you don't want to hear the noise. Very clean and modern. People at the reception ready to help you.

Bon hôtel à recommander. Seul bémol: au petit déjeuner hormis à 6h00 à l'ouverture, les dessertes de plats cuisinés étaient tout le temps vides et non réapprovisionnées, il fallait réclamer pour avoir un plat minute. Sinon rien à signaler service parfait, personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande

ParfAit, petit dejeuner delicieux beaucoup de choix, personnel sympathique, sdb tres agreAble et jolie, chb sans fenetre pas genante. Prestation de cet hotel bien meilleures que d autres hotel equivalent vers le marche nen thanh. Le quartier jap est ideal pr se balader a pied et decouvrir saigon. Chambre très bon rapport qualité prix Rien a dire moderne avec belle SDB Par contre ce qui est choquant c est le PDJ la salle est d une grande tristesse le PDJ est digne d un hotel 1 étoile ceci est Très surprenant par rapport a l hotel récent et moderne

블루 다이아몬드 시그니처 호텔 이용 후기
전체적인 숙소 컨디션은 좋습니다. 단 저층 발코니쪽에서 자서 그런지, 새벽 2~3시까지 오토바이 소리, 대화 소리가 그대로 들려서 잠을 제대로 자지 못했습니다. 그 외는 만족합니다.

Worst hotel ever, old and dirty…worst staff!
This is the worst service that in 20+ years traveling I have ever received. I got a confrmatiom with a picture of a room and they gave me a completely different one. When I showed them they said it was not their fault but hotels.com fault. I was coming from a long continental flight and asked the front desk to please fix it. The guy and the girl at front desk just wasted time, did not help and then the guy said to cancel that they would refund me. I booked a different hotel and they denied to have said that although there was a camera. They did not want to show the recording and the manager on the phone hanged up on me! I never got refunded!!! The property is way older than what it looks and staff is the worst I ever experienced…pool was not even accessible! A nightmare and they are very dishonest just to keep some extra money!

A very nice hotel, practical rooms with excellent and newly renovated bathrooms. Staff was lovely and always happy to help. The neighborhood is great as it is near the main things a tourist would like to visit. Just in front of the hotel during the night things look a bit dodgy, but avoiding the alley across the hotel street and going to the city center you face 0 problems ! Happy I stayed there and it is totally recommended as a hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Location was great. Room was decent and clean. Buffet selection was ok but the staff was overworked as they seems to be not really that friendly. Food was out around 8.45am and there were no replenishment even buffet close at 9.30am. Guess to minimise wastage. Pillows and bed was a bit hard. Overall, can have a better choice around the hotel.

Right in the heart of nightlife but noisy till 2am
Hotel is nice downstairs and food is okay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location wise it’s great for city trips and right opposite the night life/restaurant area. We fancied an early night one night (2300) but literally struggled to sleep till 0200 until the noise outside quietened down (traffic noise mainly, mopeds beeping constantly etc). Not the hotels fault at all and they did their best to move us to a quieter room so I take the blame for not researching better. Facilities wise it lacked in February, early season but the pool was empty and the sauna shut.

Nice hotel in the middle of District 1, however it is also in the middle of a lot of riff-raff. The coffee shop downstairs is an excellent place to have a coffee and watch the riff-raff go on by. It is also next to little tokyo and a short walk to a lot of other things nearby.

We stayed for 7 nights. Unfortunately, the housekeeper only get to change our bedsheets, pillow cases & duvet on the eve of our check-out day. It would have been great if they do it mid way through our stay. An area that they should consider to improve on.

まずホテル名が実際のホテル名「Sky Gem Hotel Sora」とは異なるという大きなミスが問題だ。 grabやタクシーを使う場合にトラブルを引き起こす。 設備は古く特にバスルームの設計が問題である。 排水設計に問題があり、シャワーを浴びるとカーテンを使用しても確実にトイレ周りが水浸しになり非常に不愉快だった。 シャワーのホットウォーターの温度が上がらずこれも不十分だった。 最悪だったのは内装工事期間でありその告知は予約時にすべきだった。 居室にまで入り込む溶剤の悪臭と廊下やレストランまで真っ白な砂埃が部屋中に舞っていて最悪だった。
