Très bon emplacement, facile à trouver, nous avions pris le bus depuis l’aeroport. Bel établissement, calme. Belle chambre spacieuse idem pour salle de bain. Personnel sympathique et de bon conseil. Bon petit déjeuner dans un bel environnement et excellent afternoon tea. La piscine est petite mais ça détend et elle est ouverte jusqu’a 23h. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Hôtel bien placé mais un peu cher.
Cet hôtel est très bien placé, proche du fleuve et des grandes avenues commerçantes. L'accueil est très correct et la décoration de l’hôtel est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Un petit plus le goûté proposé vers 16h. Concernant la chambre nous avons été déçu. A cela deux raisons : 1/ la chambre était très petite, à peine de quoi poser ces bagages. La petite fenêtre qui donnait sur l’extérieur n'était pas étanche. Une autre fenêtre donnait dans le couloir. 2/ Ce n'est pas la première fois que je me fait un peu avoir par Hotêl.com. En effet il était clairement écrit : chambre sur corridor mais l'info comme d'habitude n'était pas très visible dommage. En conclusion et hormis la chambre, je trouve quand même que pour le VietNam les prix sont élevés par rapport à ce que nous avions vu durant notre séjour.

Nice small and confortable hotel. the romm is ok. the staff is really nice and helpful. the area is quite busy with lots of hotels, restaurants and bars, a bit noisy at night.

Nous somme reste qu une nuit mais nous avons bien aimé les alentour nous avons visiter la ville à pieds afin de mieux en profiter. L'hôtel est très sympas et accueillant, chambre propre et le service de l'hôtel RAS. la petite piscine à L'étage très bien pour ce détendre après une longue journée avec vu sur le delta.

Excellent personnel, la junior suite est magique avec son jacuzzi et son hammam. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bon et varié, il en va de même pour la pause thé qui est très appréciable. La terrasse est également agréable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Hotel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix
Excellent hotel à tout point de vue, lit confortable, wifi excellent quelque soit l'endroit, services également. Déjeuners variés et goûteux, un petit + que nous avons beaucoup apprécié est leur tea time en après-midi. L'unique point négatif concerne la douche et la céramique mériterait d'être changée.

Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable, très accueillant. Sauf qu'il nous a oublié à l'aéroport, alors qu'une confirmation par e-mail avait été échangée ! Après 1/2 heure d'attente à l'aéroport, nous avons rencontré un autre professionnel qui a appelé notre hôtel: personne ne nous attendait parce que personne n'avait été prévue pour nous chercher.!! On n'a pas pu dormir la 1ère nuit: Une boite de nuit faisait du tapage à proximité immédiate. Le changement de chambre n'a pas changé grand chose: des travaux avaient lieu au-dessus de notre chambre ! L'emplacement de l' Hotel est très commode pour circuler dans la ville.

Hotel bien situé dans un quartier animé où il y a des choses à visiter . La chambre était très jolie. La literie était très confortable . Le personnel est chaleureux , professionnel , attentionné et compétent . Le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que le tea time. Tout était parfait à l exception de la taille de la chambre : vraiment trop petite ; sans cela nous aurions donne la note maximale à cet hotel .

Thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bar was fantastic after long day of sightseeing. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked just about everywhere (be careful as a pedestrian of the cars and motorcycles :) You get use to it.

Very convenient location close to the major sites. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel had all the amenities I required. Breakfast area was a bit small and the gym was very small. The Rooftop bar was small as well and does not accommodate many people.

What a fantastic hotel! The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond (we had arranged taxi service with them and the driver was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. Then, Jennie at the front desk helped us when our taxi from our next hotel didn’t show up. If only all hotels were as beautiful and well run as Silverland Jolie!

This was my first time at Silverland Jolie. I am no expert or major traveling expert, actually far from it but i can say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The building was a little older and not perfect but there was a certain charm to that. The staff were all amazing, helpful and always friendly.

Great location the staff and the rooftop bar were the best part. However our room was incredible as well Thao at reception was THE BEST! Really went above and beyond.

We loved our stay here Such a personal lovely hideaway with small but beautiful rooftop pool and bar The young bar attendants Duy and Quy were so sweet and attentive It’s a beautiful place to watch the lights come on and observe the river and it’s traffic All of the staff were so smiley and helpful From the minute we arrived we loved it
