Check in during the day not at night.
My boyfriend and I arrived early in the morning at 2am. Upon checking in the man ask for our passport, we kindly asked if we can hold on the them as we planned on checking out early the next day. Withing a 20min period the man lost my boyfriend passport. We ended up finding it after 30min of searching. Just that experience alone made staying there a little uncomfortable. However the ladies in the morning were great, but I wouldn’t want to check in at that time again.

Good Value and Location, Staff was very nice
There was one particular employee, My, who was exceptional and really on the ball. We had an issue with our room and she took care of it! I think this hotel is pretty good especially for the money. They could use some updates to some of the rooms, and we had a problem with the door onto the balcony not locking. But My got us transferred to a better room right away.

The reception staff need to lift their game as far as smiling on greeting would be nice. I felt I was putting them out when approaching the reception desk. The Breakfast was included however we stopped attending breakfast as it was poorly managed.. By 8.30 milk ran out, Bread was white only and dry, The tea and coffee pots were luke warm..The omelettes cooked by chef were more like pancakes and boring and no smiles from the cooking staff - felt like we were a hindrance. The standard rooms were dark, small and no natural light [asked for an upgrade immediately] I would not go here again or recommend it. We attended with a Tour group and the opinions was same from all ..

Decent mid level hotel. Good: free breakfast, accessible location, a/c worked well. Less good: fridge did not work the entire time I was there and construction next door is loud, starts early and ends late. Overall good value mid-level hotel with some room for improvement but good value for what you get.

Do not choose this hotel
Me and my wife are regular people. We didn't expect 5 star service for this hotel, but we did expect basic customs and courtesies, but I digress. The staff was rude to us. The female at the front desk treated us like we were being a burden on her from relaxing. It's not like we were paying customers or anything like that (sarcasm). We tried our key card and it didn't work. So we went back to the front desk and the same woman rolled her eyes and treated the situation like we did something wrong. The card was obviously not programmed right. The walls are very thin. We heard people coming and going & talking out in the hall all night. There was a construction zone close to the hotel, and we heard noises coming from there all night. At one point we heard a vacuum going off. The next morning, we heard the cleaning people talk very loud. We had to ask them to keep the noise down. The room was alright. The bed wasn't the softest or the hardest I've slept in. The shower handle was broken.

Nice Hotel, Great Location. Would Stay Again!
Paid a marginal extra cost for a superior room with balcony that faced the street. Very comfortable room w/modern bath. Breakfast excellent and tasty, with a variety of food to suit both Asian and European/N.American tastes. Staff friendly and helpful.

All Good For price, Great Location
Kind of a tour group hotel, all was fine. Breakfast was good, but crowded eating area. Service was very good. Helpful staff. Stayed at Bloom Hotel Saigon the prior 4 nights and liked it better, plus it was less expensive.

タンソンニャット空港からタクシーでいったが、運転手が地理にチンプンカンプンで辿り着くだけで長時間を要した。 空港とホテル間の送迎でもあれば、料金相応だと思うが、タクシー運転手のレベルとネームバリューの無さを考えると、再度利用しないと思う。

机の上に携帯電話の充電器を置いておいたらルームサービス(部屋清掃)後なくなっていた。 また、自分のではない髪の毛が大量に床に落ちていた。 シャワールームにシャンプー等の小物を仮置きする台がなくて困った。(床に置いた)

Great and convenient hotel at the edge of District 3. 5 minutes walk to War Remnants Museum and near a stretch of more expensive restaurants. Away from the crowded tourist areas of District 1.

Great location for Exploring D1 and D3
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to access both D3 and D1 which I needed. I ended up staying for 10 nights, and the room I was in was a little small for that length of stay. Bed was really comfortable and wifi and variety of TV stations was good. Breakfast is completely Asian, which is fine if that is what you like, but if not there isn't much on offer. My only issue was the shower - three times I had to get them to fix the temperature as it was cold. It also leaked, so the floor was soaking wet after every shower. But it was a good shower! But overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Schön anzusehen, leider nur bedingt sauber
Tolle Ausstattung und sehr schönes Designkonzept. Leider wurde nie gesaugt, sodass die Teppiche mit Fussel, Haaren und Fäden verdreckt waren. Das Badezimmer und alle anderen glatten Flächen waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück war eher spärlich, nichts für Nicht-Asiaten.

I wouldn't risk it...
At first we were blown away by the beauty of the room and the slightly out of town, peaceful location- but that's where it ended. There was a constant stream of ants through the room, even after informing the staff nothing was done. At first they were drawn to a bin in the corridor that smelt suspiciously of fermenting fruit, but after that was removed they were drawn to my toiletries bag and crawled all over my things. Very unpleasant. Breakfast was awful. The Orange juice was warm and the coffee cold. As our stay progressed we realised that food was not replaced throughout the duration of breakfast, leading to cold, tough eggs and stale bread etc. When food was replaced, like the jam, New jam was placed on top of the old- even when the old jam was from the previous day. In the lobby and restaurant a no smoking policy was enforced, however groups of people continued to smoke in the lobby. When asking the receptionist why, he just replied "I know, I know." This hotel has the potential to be very nice, but for the moment is incredibly flawed

Good value boutique hotel in District 3
Hotel was nicely decorated, and although my room was small, it had lots of windows be a balcony. Everything is new. Plus the location was good for me beside Tao Dan Park. Highly recommended for this price range.

Utrolig god service.Veldig flink dørmann som var vennlig og hjalp til å bære baggasje hver gang.Når det gjaldt selve rommet,så var sengen litt hard.Veggene er veldig dårlig isolert,så man hører fort bråk fra utsiden.Vi ble ofte vekket av bråket fra lokale folk som også bodde i samme oppgang. Grei frokostbuffee,men maten ble ofte fort tom og ikke alltid de påfylte for senere gjester som kom. Grei wifi på rommene.Men ellers alt i alt var det bra for å være en 3 stjerners hotell.
