Clean and newly renovated hotel.

We stayed over the New Year break and enjoyed the hotel. Would have given 5 stars if it had a better gym.

Questionable Staff

I booked 2 nights at the hotel for a few employees during a business trip. On the second day of their stay, the hotel called our office. The woman was very rude and stated that they had gone through the room during cleaning & there was no luggage in the room. She was questioning why there wasn't luggage & if we were using the room that night. It made us a little concerned/suspicious of why they were looking through the room so intently. We book travel for employees on a weekly basis & have never had someone so short/rude or inquire about the employee's belongings. Very uncomfortable!

Nice hotel in good location

Room was pleasant, I particularly liked the bathroom, it looked quite modern and in good shape. Location of the hotel was excellent, a few minutes' drive from the CHA airport. Also, across the street was a shopping mall and other stores, lots of places to eat close by.

Poor service, bad smell in room, and very noisy.

Les - : More friendly evening personnel at the front desk. Check rooms for smells! Put "Quiet Zone" signs in the hallways.
I was greeted with a very rude reception. The hotel receptionist was sarcastic, took her time getting to my reservation, and tried to ridicule me with short remarks. The room she put us into smelled like a locker room. All night, we had to deal with noise coming from the front desk (we were in the first room down the hall) and slamming doors. This was a short one night stay and after being on the road for 10 hours, we were exhausted and only had time to meet with family members in town for about an hour. That is why we didn't complain and get another room or another hotel! Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

All around wonderful!

I have absolutely no complaints. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Room was comfortable and suited our family well. We were also able to enjoy the well kept outdoor pool. The breakfast was above average as well. It included many options including eggs and bacon, waffles, pastries, fruit, cereals, and more. We have found our new go to place when in TN.
