Formidable surprise ! 1000 mercis
Nous avons pris une nuit dans cette hôtel qui est près de la gare car tout les trains ont été annulés du fait d’un typhon. Bloqué à Hiroshima et ne pouvant pas aller à Kyoto où nous avions réservé pour trois. Pour ne pas payer notre nuit pour rien a kyoto alors que nous étions retenu à Hiroshima, dès mon arrivée à l’hôtel j’ai demandé l’aide de la réceptionniste. Cette personne a pris le problème en mains et pendant 3 heures durant elle c’est débattu avec une multitude d’interlocuteurs japonais pour obtenir que n’a réservation de Kyoto soit décalé. De tel sorte que je n’ai eu à payer une nuit pour rien. Durant c’est 3 heures aucune personne du staff ne l’a dérangé ou m’a fait sentir la moindre gêne. Donc, laissez vous dire que le service de l’hotel a été plus que parfait. Concernant les prestations de l’hôtel, le confort, la literie, l’hygiène,... là encore ce fût une belle surprise. Dernier bonne surprise le petit déjeuner. Au 20 ieme étage avec une vu panoramique vous avez accès un un buffet d’un autre monde. Il faut dire que l’immeuble est flambant neuf et qu’il appartient à l’une des plus grande enseigne hôtelière du Japon. Nous avons pu reprendre le lendemain notre voyage heureux et reposer. C’est article n’est pas une réclame, mais un vrai témoignage. Merci à Madame Kokoro Otani pour son aide ainsi qu’a l'équipe et au manager. Et à Hotels.com pour aide également.

室内は全体的に綺麗でしたし、お風呂も広くて寛げたので良かったです！ 朝食会場に入ったら、前の方と同行と思われたらしく、利用方法の説明がありませんでした。漏れ聞こえていた声で理解はできましたが、一応確認はして欲しかったですね。 朝食から部屋に戻る時に、シーツの山が既にいくつも廊下にできてたので、ちょっと申し訳ないというか…歩きにくい気持ちもありました。

We booked a non smoking room 7-8 months before our trip. Upon check in they confirmed we booked a non smoking room, but when we got up to the room we were hit instantly by cigarette fumes. We called the reception and were told they were full so couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out for most of the day, when we were at the room we had to run the air purifier and air con and spray room freshener but even then the smell was still strong as it cigarettes will cling to walls and carpet. I’m asthmatic so this was a problem, but couldn’t waste the money I already spent on the room. Given that I booked this 7-8 months in advance of the trip, it was frustrating that this error was made on their part. Otherwise the location was good, very close to Hiroshima station and had both a 7/11 and Family Mart downstairs.

Very nice hotel with great views and near JR Hiroshima station for early start. Breakfast was great and a big selection of both Western and Japanese food. Set up of breakfast room was good with flow for traffic during busy times.

We stayed the night and it was very comfortable and clean. This room wasn’t big, but it was efficient. Bathroom exceeded the expectations, it was not only sparkling clean but roomy.

This hotel is very close to the train and bus station. Less than 5 mins walk. The building is half office and top half is hotel. SO you get a great view of Hiroshima city. The room is big and at a very reasonable price and buffet breakfast's great! Will come back next time!
