Je viens d'acheter! Beaucoup de dates disponibles !! Voir nos commentaires sur nos autres condos (VRBO 750607 et 1261504 et 1652537) Ocean Front Complex! Super sympa et mis à jour, récemment rénové, nouveaux meubles, nouvelle peinture, nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond, à 1 minute à pied de la plage de Coligny, abonnement gratuit à la salle de sport qui se trouve juste en haut de la rue! Cette unité est incroyablement propre et bien garnie.
Lit queen plus rĂ©cent dans la chambre et il y a beaucoup de rangement. Cette unitĂ© a Ă©galement un trĂšs joli balcon avec des siĂšges en plein air et de superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an! Il y a des ascenseurs dans tout le complexe ainsi que des laveries Ă  chaque niveau. Il y a une trĂšs grande piscine privĂ©e avec chaises longues, tables et parasols. Ceci est un complexe fermĂ© sĂ©curisĂ©. Vous avez un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage sur une promenade, avec des douches extĂ©rieures. Il y a une nouvelle terrasse face Ă  l'ocĂ©an avec des chaises longues et une belle balançoire! Barbecue et aire de pique-nique sont Ă  votre disposition et ont Ă©tĂ© agrandis et nettoyĂ©s tous les jours! CETTE UNITÉ EST LIVRÉE AVEC 4 NOUVELLES CHAISES DE PLAGE ET PARAPLUIE ET 2 VÉLOS !!

It was great for a short stay. The location was the best! The bedroom was a little warm the first night but had cooled more by the second. Size is suitable for 2 people. Communication with the owners was great. The bikes were a grat perk!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

This condo was awesome! It was so close to everything and the bikes were great to have. We did not drive the entire time we were here, and we really enjoyed the dinner recommendations made by the host. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The location of the condo was great and the place was clean and neat. Upon arrival we received an email with all the information we needed except the gate code to enter the parking lot and the beach access gate. When we called the property manager, she immediately told me that it was in the second paragraph of the email, which it was not. She did go ahead and gave me the parking lot code. Also my fiancee asked about if there were additional towels and she let us know that this was not a hotel and that the towels provided were just to cover a day or two. I have read the other reviews about this place and notice a trend of people complaining about no gate code provided and also how the property manager replies to the complaints people have, she makes it seem like it's everyone else's fault they can't read emails or it's not a hotel. Also, we had to get the beach access code from another tenant, and one bicycle seat would start turning upward while riding it and it could not be used. Overall this was a good condo and great location. Not so pleasant communication though. So please go ahead with your sarcasm reply.

The property and location we excellent. The "ocean view" is a bit of an exaggeration. The only bad thing i have to say is they didn't send the gate code at the same time they sent the condo and beach code. We had to wait almost 2 hours to check into the condo. Definitely need to change how they do that as I read the same complaint on an earlier review.

Small, mostly clean. The bed is comfortable. It was on the first floor and was very quiet. Appreciated the bikes that were in good working order-used them a couple of days. Loved the private, gated beach. Has a pool but we didn’t use. The balcony overlooked the parking lot -the ocean was further down on the side. The bathroom had extra shelving to store our toiletries which was great. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

My boyfriend and I had the most lovely time in Hilton Head. The bikes offered by the host were so nice and the convenience to the plaza was so nice. We rode the bikes to get coffee and breakfast. The condo also came with chairs for the beach which were so nice. Over we had an amazing weekend and had amazing meals recommended by the host!

Lori's property was great for a long weekend getaway. Great rate and perfect location with private beach access. Also within walking/biking distance to Coligny Park and numerous shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to visit again!

To begin with upfront communication was excellent and plus there were no surprises with this unit when we arrived. Place was very clean and like the reviews indicated, the place was very cute and there was plenty of usable storage. Being on the 1st floor was awesome as only one set of steps to deal with. Access to beach was awesome and the sunning deck and swing were nice touches to enjoy. The VERY BEST part was having free access to 2 bikes. A nearby place rented bikes at 20 for 4 hours but having access 24 hours a day for our 5-day trip was fantastic as it was so much easier to explore the island and fun to ride as well! Riding the bikes one the beach was also a highlight. We will be going to Hilton Head annually now and this condo will be our go to place from here on out as location is super close to so many restaurants and things to do and see.

The winter projects in the garage didn't bother us because we liked everything else. Lori and Scott were ready to help with any questions we had. We really liked having a tiny place that had everything. I called it the Thumbelina house. Bikes and walks were wonderful. Spectrum needs to make access to network easier....not the owners' faults. We already want to come back

Lovely property in a great area. Very clean, excellent instructions on how to get there, parking, access to condo..... beautiful view from balcony and a great deck on beach side of building that we used a lot. Kitchen well equipped. Would very much recommend.
