Spend your days on the beach, at the community pool, walking to restaurants and shops (and grocery store), concerts/events at Celebration Park or visit Sea Pines Harbor town before a BBQ on the deck back at home.
The space
This is a 16 unit townhome complex with an outdoor pool and a covered dinning area. The pool gate leads you directly onto South Forest Beach Drive and Bike Path. Cedrics stand and Forest Beach Bike rentals are right next door. This quiet, small community with most residents there year round.
Guest access
ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT is available and community parking hang tag is required. This is very important, because there is no other overnight parking nearby. Any additional cars will be towed or booted at your expense. Please plan ahead for a great trip. Guests often park their car and bike or walk to everything they need. very strict no pet policy.
Other things to note
Absolutely positively NO PETS ALLOWED and guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. The HOA has VERY STRICT rules on this. If you bring more than one vehicle it will get towed as there is no additional parking and no overnight parking nearby. There is absolutely no smoking. Lastly, there is an HOA covenant restriction on beach towels hanging over the front and side walls of the unit. Hooks are provided in the front of the unit and in the outdoor shower.
