Accommodation Overview:

Ground Level: There's a single-car garage. Here, you'll find a ping pong table, 6 beach chairs, and a beach cart for your beach excursions. There's also an additional refrigerator for drinks or extra groceries.
Just behind the garage is the pool retreat complete with a large flat-screen smart TV, lounge sectional, dining table, propane grill and outdoor shower.

Elevator- The elevator can be taken to the first and 2nd floor but will not be available on the kids room level.

First Floor: This floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an island with seating for four. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils and a starter set of essentials. The open floor plan combines the living and dining rooms, which lead to the first-floor screened porch with a cozy lounge area featuring a double seater hanging swing and outdoor sofa. Additionally, there's a king bedroom with a smart TV and a full bathroom with a tile walk-in shower on this level.

Second Floor: The owners' suite features a luxurious king bed, a large smart TV, and a master bathroom with a double sink vanity and a tile walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are located on this floor - one with a queen bed and a smart TV, and the other with two full beds and a smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The laundry area with a full-sized washer/dryer is also on this floor.

Third Floor: This level is a kids' paradise with one twin over twin bunk bed and one twin trundle, a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a large smart TV. The kids share the bathroom on the floor below.

Beach Access: You have easy access to three beautiful beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach, all within 1.5 miles from the house. These beaches offer amenities like bathrooms, outdoor showers, and wheelchair accessible beach matting. Chaplin Park at Burkes Beach provides ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, and walking trails.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
