Friendly staff informed us at check in about ongoing construction. Lobby is torn up but property is clean and very accessible. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool. Breakfast was good. Staff very accommodating. Close to beach. With staff having set proper expectations we had a very nice stay.

I understand during the week the place is under construction, but overall the place was great and I’m a hotel snob. It was close to everything. The pool was great with lots to do around the pool. I would highly recommend.

This property was perfectly walkable to multiple restaurants and bars and of course the beach. Everything there was so clean and everyone was friendly. We loved the breakfast in the morning. It was fresh, tasty and hot well and included so it couldnt gave been any better. We cat wait to book again

4/24 Hotel undergoing major renovations, so major they shouldn't be selling rooms. Room itself was dated and tired. Brief interaction with front desk staff was unpleasant (my initials weren't "defined enough" on consent form?)

I reserved a king size bed with a pool side view. Expedia over booked the king size room and we ended up with a downgraded room after check in. This is very unsatisfactory and started my weekend getaway very poorly

The room was great and the location was great, no issues at all. Easy walk to Coligny Square and the park. The hotel was under renovation and there was a smell associated with it due to hotel renovations.

Beautiful place, but under construction. Our first room was leaking, I heard dripping throughout the night, but were so tired from driving. When we woke up, we saw there were several leaks in our room. Over the coffee area, over the vanity area, and over the A/C unit. We called the front desk and nobody came, so I grabbed housekeeping, and she got a gentleman there to see all the leaks. They did offer to move us to a different room, which we did, of course. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or getting our stuff wet. Tara at the front desk was very friendly every time we encountered her throughout our stay. 4/10/24 - 4/14/24 Jill & Tedd Morrison

BEWARE IF THIS HOTEL…!!! EXPEDIA DID NOT MENTION THIS HOTEL IS UNDER RENOVATIONS ! Here is what was terrible: Construction: this hotel is going through construction. The lobby is non existent with water, leaks and drywall everywhere. Super unsafe and creepy looking Parking is a problem. The hotel does not have enough parking spaces so if you get back to your hotel pass 8 you will not find a parking space you will have to park in the front desk area that is exactly and be ready to walk 1/4 of a mile in the dark where there are alligators in the surrounding. The cleaning service is poor. They did not clean our room on our last night so we had to come back to a dirty room. Wet and dirty towels and blankets. Also we asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it. If this is okay in your books then you will be okay but I personally will never return to this hotel. And Expedia failed in letting me know that this hotel was going through construction!!!

We regret that our booking partners are not sharing the information about our construction. We will be done in a couple of months and it is going to be beautiful!

We stayed on the first floor. One of our beds was broken and when I unknowingly sat on the edge I fell. I reported this twice. Although the hotel is under construction I was most bothered by how I felt dirty my entire stay. The room had a terrible dampness that made the trip terrible. The console between the beds was even tilted down. I’m really shocked they would even bother to utilize that room. 107

We got in pretty late and needed just one night. The rooms are located away from check in. We park in a literal construction zone which we ignore as we walked up. The building is literally falling apart, no real walls up in elevators. And again fine but at that rate, those rooms should just be closed off and not for customers to use. We settle in and get our kids to sleep as is it late. We go to lock the door and the door do not LOCK at all. When I say AT ALL, the latches don't even line up to go into one another to secure. We have a full video of us literally going into the room no key card or anything! And again we find this out close to midnight as our children are already asleep and it's freezing out. So we honestly just dealt with it for the night and used that pathetic top latch to make sure no one was able to break in. I can send the video for your reference but I suggest you let this hotel know that room 427 and likely all the rooms in this tower are unsafe. We were in a rush to get back home and had to leave otherwise I would have went and raised hell in the lobby. This was an absolute waste of money and I will also be leaving a full review on any other site to let others know to avoid this place at all costs. Also when we were trying to leave the construction parking, they were unloading concrete and there is only ONE way out of this area. So we sat there called lobby no answer. Employee on golf cart said to knock on trucks door to ask them to move....UNPROFESSIONAL

Close until you complete remodel
Place is under construction but the room was dated and repairs completed in bathroom looked like a handyman completed very noticeable and tacky . Construction will wake you in the morning disclaimer isn’t given until you check in

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was being renovated but it didn’t really affect our stay. Nice outdoor pool. The breakfast which was included was good. The only detriment was you had to either walk or drive to the main check in building for breakfast or to go to the gym.
