Several issues that the host is unresponsive to include: the key opens both sides A & B so this means the neighbors had access to my place and I had access to theirs (they helped me unlock my door upon arrival because the host was not responsive); I found mice poop in the bed (found by placing my hand in a huge pile when I moved a pillow) again the host is unresponsive to this.
