Very nice stay
Very nice stay in a pleasant place. Hotel very comfortable nothing missing. Well located close to city center, attractions and a supermarket. Souvenir shop well stocked and breakfast well organised with nothing missing. Staff always present and to answer your questions or attend your needs.

Property was not ready to open for the season. Hallways were 55 degrees, hot tub didn’t work, no hot water in our room so unable to take a shower. Very disappointing.

A good stay. Comfortable rooms, they have a gift shop I’m the building that I really liked. Very easy to get travel memorabilia.

The hotel rooms were pretty decent and clean. We had 3 rooms, all with queen beds, the pullout sofa and a kitchenette. The mattresses are really hard. The hot tub did not have jets that worked. There were no pool towels. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly. He acted annoyed that he had to help us with 3 reservations. We stayed there one night. Definitely not going back. I would say it is worth the few extra miles to stay in Rapid City, especially in the off season.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Although breakfast area was clean and breakfast was adequate, all four mornings offered sausage as the meat and sugared donut holes as the pastry. A variety would have been nice.

Very nice property and very easy walk or drive to downtown Hill City. The hotel was redoing the parking lot to make it even nicer. Very clean rooms and nice breakfast area. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff had no customer service skills and struggled to even find our reservation. No greeting, or even a thank you for staying.

Centrally located, nice area. Very nice room, clean. Could use a little updating in bathroom. The AC didn’t work but fortunately we kept cool by opening the window. But otherwise a pleasant experience. We would recommend this property.

We were in a suite. It had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a very nice sitting area as well as a kitchen area with cupboards, a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. The only change I would make would be a larger fridge. All in all a great stay. We had wonderful visits to Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse, all quite close.
