We have stayed here about 4 or 5 times and its the perfect retreat. Dwight is always available for issues or questions. The cabin is the cleanest of any hotel room or VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We will always stay here when in the area. The goats are a plus and fun to watch. There are 2 new sets of twins.

A slice of mountain living, one peaceful and picturesque place to rest and be revived! The host is friendly and accommodating and the views from their wraparound porch are breathtaking. Mountain views, birdsong, wildlife, they have it all. The cabin itself is beautiful ā€” clean and spacious, comfortable and full of charm. My only regret is not staying longer!

The stay at the Brendle Cabin was a delight. It was totally as advertised, clean, comfortable, charming. The best appointed overall as any VRBO we have rented. We look forward to future stays while visiting Franklin in the future.

Perfect little cabin. Weā€™ve visited the area a number of times now to visit our daughter who attends WCU. This has been our favorite so far. Built by the owners and so obviously cared for with loving attention to cleanliness and renterā€™s needs. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin.

The hosts couldn't have been nicer. The cabin was top notch and clean as a whistle. The goats came running to greet us when we returned from our outings in the area. Location was perfect and the road to the cabin is very accessible. Would absolutely stay here again.

Do not hesitate to book this property. It is absolutely immaculate. There is a porch swing and fan and the inside is beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The house was beautiful. Our boys enjoyed the goats in the yard. The only thing that was inconvenient is the A/C went out on Sunday and we spent a very warm afternoon and night. The two ceiling fans in the living room would not come on. The lights worked but not the fan.

This was our 3rd time to stay and it was as nice as the first 2 times. We will always stay here when in Franklin. This cabin is cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything. Very Comfortable. Note: There are 3 crystals hidden in the cabin. If you find one it's yours. If you find more than one please leave he 2nd and 3rd ones for anoher person.
