« Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. The common areas are dated. Need new hallway carpets and new carpet in the rooms. The rooms have been partially updated. The bathroom is nice except the sink is in the open. The hotel could use new pillows and blankets. The breakfast is buffet, not worth the $20 they charge. Ok if included in package. You can order eggs cooked your way if you ask the waiter. I would stay again for the right price. »

« Très agréable ! Personnel serviable même si ne connaît pas forcément les attractions à voir au centre de Chicago. Un peu déçu par la distance avec le centre commercial car je n avais pas de véhicule et c est un peu dangereux avec la circulation à pied avec la neige »

« Hotel situé entre espace de magasin et zone verte. Aucun probleme de securité. Les chambres sont suffisement grandes, recement refaites et tres propres. l'hotel n'offre pas beaucoup de services mais lorsque l'on voyage pour le travail, on ne recherche rien d'autre qu'un endroit propre, comfortable avec suffisement d'espace dans les chambre. Cet hotel a ces qualités »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »
