« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« The staff was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant next door was, too. However, the rooms are dated and look worn out. The fridge in the room would randomly start rattling loudly enough that it woke me up multiple times. They were pet friendly and the place was clean. Good location. »

« We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again. »
