The pool water was so cold; the hotel Staff was amazing everyone I encountered was friendly. The condition of the hotel was not that great and the bedding is in badly need of an update. Other than that it was clean and I actually did enjoy our stay. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcomed especially during check in. And thanks for being a family friendly hotel as well!

The only thing I didn’t like was when we got off the elevator you were hit with the odor of someone smoking something they shouldn’t be. You could smell it all the way down the hall. There were no smoking signs. It was just really gross smelling

Place was clean however dog area wasn't. That is not the fault of the hotel especially in winter . It's the dogs parents that do not clean up after them selves. It was extra dirty

It was a very nice room. I appreciated it being pet friendly. They have a very nice area for dogs with poop bags, which is a plus. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and inviting.

I paid for the hotel online through Expedia because my husband and daughter were traveling. When my husband arrived, he was told that they hadn’t received payment and told him he had to pay. He wasn’t aware that I had paid, since I had told my daughter; my husband had gone in to check in. When I sent him the receipt the hotel staff didn’t know how to refund the money; seems like a scam where hotel personnel are taking money for themselves.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend during Christmas Eve weekend. The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. They remembered it was a big weekend for me and cared enough to ask how our day went and congratulated us. My maid of honor stayed there as well and my daughter. We also had support animals and they were friendly to them too. I've stayed here before and will continue to do so.

The young lady was polite at check in but did not offer a solution for not being able to use laundry. No suggestions on one close by or to use hotel machines. I was out of clean clothes and the laundry was our biggest factor in choosing this location. The parking lot was had to use was completely muddy. mud all over shoes and vehicle and I dropped a suit case. The guy at check out could care less about my stay.

Beds were comfy. Room was quiet and clean. Pool area was TOO cold to swim. Check in was great! The parking lot was so dangerous with all the compacted ice!

The room was clean but a few outlets didn't work and the parking lot was snowy and icy.

Thank you for that information I have let the maintenace staff know to address the outlets. We have been clearing and saltling sidewalks as needed. I have contacted my plow company to come a bit more frequent during snow falls.

We stayed two nights and both night were super noisy. Door's slamming, kids screaming and running up and down the hallway all until well after 1am. We called the front desk and complained but it didn't stop. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and the chairs in the room were filthy. The water reservoir for the coffee pot in the room was disgusting and full of crusty, chunky stuff. The breakfast was sparse and when my husband went down at 3 minutes after 9am everything had already been put away and there wasn't even coffee. The only positive thing was the bed was actually comfortable. That was it. We stay in Burley several time's a year and normally stay at the Best Western down the street but we thought we'd try somewhere different this time, big mistake. We won't be staying here again.

Thank you for the feedback. I have instructed staff to be inforecefull when it comes to noise complaints and to keep and eye on the camera if guest are comlaining about hallway noise. I have show Housekeeping your feedback so they can address those items. .

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the rooms not getting cleaned. I instructed the HK of Thanksgiving to only service rooms that were checking out. That way they could enjoy the holiday with family sooner. On Friday I did the same things since the Snow kept 3 of the Housekeepers from being able to make it into work.
