The shuttle driver are very friendly and the shuttle itself are great. The hotel are close the IAD airport. The breakfast also is good. However, I think some of the stuff there needs to be more friendly. The closest restaurants are more than 20 minutes walking.

The check-in was wonderfully quick. The reception worker did not seem happy to be working though. The room is great as are the breakfast and morning staff. I do recommend this hotel:)

When we arrived at 1:40am the 26th, they told us that we didn’t had a room. Our flight landed at midnight the 26th so I called the 25th and asked if I should do a 25-26th reservation or 26-27th reservation (we were leaving the 26th) they told us the 26th-27th. We called 12 other hotels and they were all sold out. We finally expressed our frustration to hotel staff and around 2:40am they accommodated us. The next morning we came down for breakfast and ended up locked out of the room. We spent 30 minutes explaining the situation and they walked us to our room to confirm our belongings before handing over the key. Absolutely ridiculous. Glad we will not be back. Plus side: good breakfast, lovely room, clean hotel.

Stay for one night after a late flight into IDA. Shuttle was good, personal very friendly and the breakfast was good. Perfekt for a stay at the airport.

Horrible experience of staying at this property. There was no exhaust fan working in washroom. Air conditioning was either on or off without fan being consistently running means either you are fully in chiller or without oxygen like suffocating environment. On top of that have to pay for parking which wasn’t mentioned earlier when you booked via Expedia. Talked to front desk rep and he confirmed issues with exhaust fan and AC. And said our management is working to improve.. I would give 2 out of 10.. not a pleasant experience to stay here.

The property is close to the airportand was clean. The fro t desk staff was nice and helpful. Checkin and check out were easy. Parking is weird and you have to go in and oick up a paper authorization to put in the wondow and park in a specific place. Then they make you pay $10 plus tax for an opennparking lot!!! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The address listed takes you to the Hyatt Regency, not Hyatt Place. The listing also says it has a bar/restaurant…. But you have to go to the Hyatt regency. Very misleading. Also the doors weren’t big enough to open in the bathroom without rubbing the toilet.

Good location for the airport and also a 5 minute walk to the metro which takes an hour to get into central DC. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.

First of all, the bed was absolutely amazing- no kidding. Shuttle was easy to communicate with, and the staff was great. The small bar area was a perfect place to watch a game and have a beer.
