« The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. « This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! « DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains. « Wonderful experience in a lovely family home with a private apartment snd private entrance. A very nice yard is also available to guests.This is a good location. We had easy access to the Takoma Park area. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in this area. »
