The living room offers additional space with a queen sofa bed. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay, while amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, iron and hair dryer add convenience. This home has no stairs so it’s easy in, with wide door ways, stained concrete floors, and a 5' walkin shower! You can sit back and enjoy our marvelous condo. It's an easy seconds commute to SD Highway 79, it's10 miles to Custer State Park visitors center and the Buffalo Roundup, 10 minutes to Rapid City, and 15 miles east of Mt. Rushmore! This easy access will lead you to the highways that will also lead you to Crazy Horse Monument, Black Elk Peak (formerly Harney Peak), the Badlands, Wind Cave National Park, Rushmore Cave, the Mammoth Site and healing waters in Hot Springs, many of our beautiful area lakes, like the beautiful Sylvan Lake, hiking trails or a day of shopping in Keystone, Hill City or Rapid City and much more. We are only 10 minutes to Rapid City! This recently built duplex unit is very clean, modern, cute and efficient with everything you will need for your stay! This quiet, yet "get in and out of quick and easy" location is in the Town of Hermosa with an out of town feel... when you walk out the door, the west facing patio will allow you to see the Black Hills and on a clear day, you can see Black Elk Peak, (formerly Harney Peak) which you can also get to from here! While sitting out on the patio, you can enjoy a beautiful South Dakota sunset! Another added feature of the home is in the winter months, you will enjoy the wonderful in floor heating system to keep your feet warm! Each bedroom and the Livingroom are individually zoned so the additional heating and/or cooling system allows you to keep the heat or cooling temperatures individually set to where each room is comfortable. After a long day of touring the Black Hills and attractions, you can wind down with a nice evening walk on the sideway through town just below after your busy day.
