Chalets à Hermosa

« Great place to stay. Convenient for sightseeing in any direction. Very clean. Easy check in. Good communication with the host. Also, simple check out routine. The only caution I would mention is the pull out couch is pretty uncomfortable. My son found it better to just sleep on the couch rather than pulling it out to a bed. »

« Excellent location for various area destinations. Great communication and very clean. Everything you would expect and more. Much better than any hotel. »

« Great location to visiting the Badlands to Hill City and our favorite Crazy Horse! »

« Very good accommodations on the second floor above a garage. It was well maintained and comfortable. »

« We came back for a second stay because the property was perfect and the host has great communication! Thank you! »

« Chambre double spacieuse et tres propre »

« Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet. »

« Propreté de la chambre »

« Pas de souci, fait le job!! Petit dej correct »

« Not safe!!! Things were stolen from our hotel room! Staff did nothing and didn't seems to care. Signs clearly state that they do not clean rooms unless requested, yet they cleaned ours the day after we reported the missing items. No cameras in hallways or elevator. Witnessed another person having a bag stolen as well. I am in awe of the lack of care the staff has. Do not trust this place! »

Grand parking. Très bien situé. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien garni. »

« Bon hôtel très bien placé »
