« I have stayed at the Bowen’s before but it is now under new management. The good news is the quality of service is just as good as before. The rooms are warm and comfortable with attention to detail (homemade cake and fresh milk in room). I would highly recommend the Bowens - beautiful hotel and great village location. »

The room was very comfortable, food delicious (we had dinner and breakfast), all the staff really friendly and helpful, and the whole set up with parking and a lovely beer garden all made for a great night's stay. Thought it could be noisy but wasn't at all. Would definitely stay again (or drop in for food and drinks) if ever back in the area. »

« An overnight dtay for the Hay festival. The first time i have stayed at a B&B in over 40years. OML how wonderful my stay was, fabulous hosts Fiona and James plus the gorgeous dogs'! Super room, very comfortable and everything one could wish for. Such attention to detail. The breakfast which was a 'full English' was the best breakfast i have had in a very long time, with all either home made or locally sourced. Fiona's granola with yoghurt and berries so very tasty. A beautiful home. All superb....
