« This hotel is absolutely 5 star the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are soo beautiful and comfortable such attention to detail. As a vegetarian I had the vegetarian breakfast it was soo tasty I had it two days in a row I can honestly say I have never had such a good breakfast at a hotel before. Again the same goes for the evening meals. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is perfect for discovering Ludlow and surrounding villages. »

« Good hotel, bed are confortable. Restaurant for the diner is good too. The breakfast needs to be improved. I should be able to select what I would like to eat & toast my breads myself. I lost 2 times more than 10 min in the morning to order & get what I want »

« Nice big room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Had our little dog with us and although a LOT of dog rules, she was allowed in most places. We only had continental breakfast which wss adequate. Full breakfast looked generous. We ate one night at the restaurant which was good. Sadly the view not idea with temporary kitchens that look lile they will be there a while. »

« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« Un pub familial comme on se l'imagine avec quelques chambres simple et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 2-3 nuits. Le personnel est adorable. Plutôt adéquat lorsqu'on a une voiture. »
