Le personnel est aux petits soins et globalement l’hôtel est très bien. Toutefois il est dommage que le rooftop (piscine et bar) ferme à 21h, et notre chambre au troisième étage, de taille assez modeste, était mansardée

At booking, we had requested a room with parking, two separate beds and air conditioning. We didn't receive any of these. There was no free parking space when we arrived and had to park at the side of the road. The room didn't have air conditioning nor two separate beds, there was only one large queen-size bed. We requested for another room from the staff but didn't receive one, as they said they were fully booked. We made the booking in February, how is it possible that we didn't get the kind of room we requested?

Great staff, very kind and helpful. This is a smoking hotel. All the rooms and linens smelled of smoke. It said it had a Children’s club and playground and it did not.

AWFULL
Hotel room and bed were really unconfortable. It was not clean, almost half of the utilities were not working. Sink was not working properli. The mirror in the entrance was broken and just taped on the place without any repair.

Great stay
This was a great location near the ocean and convient shops, bakery, grocery. Was within walking distance to old town herceg novi. Room was clean and the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Place was clean,staff was very welcoming,spa was wonderful,the place is a bit far of center.we had to live early in the morning before breakfast-they offered a lunch box. There was no lunch box it was only an apple a bottle of water and a tiny sandwich-they should have given a refund insted of it.

Lovely staff and clean accommodation
Room was clean and modern furnished. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Only minus was the breakfast; we didn’t quite get what we wanted because the portion was missing ingredients said in the menu.

Great gym. Very clean. Food not great.
We had a great time staying in Montenegro. The hotel was pleasing; friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained. The food, being all inclusive, was disappointing. I would recommend the hotel but not to eat at. Some great excursions! Best for 3-4 days, then going over to Croatia for another 3 - 4 days.

Bellissimo Hotel, vicino al mare, nuovo, moderno, dotato di ogni confort. Soggiorno rilassante, con utilizzo della nuovissima Spa, di ultima generazione (Sauna finlandese, bagno turco, stanza del ghiaccio, stanza del sale, happy shower, sala relax con cromoterapia e lettini riscaldati). Piscina-Jacuzzi sul rooftop, attrezzata con confortevoli lettini e baldacchini, bar e veranda con vista mare, asciugamani sempre disponibili. Confortevole appartamento, con arredo moderno, letti comodi, angolo cottura con frigo, lavabo e piano cottura elettrico, tavolo e sedie, comodo sofà con letto matrimoniale, due balconi i corredati di tavolinetto e poltrone in vimini, splendida vista mare, bel bagno con ampia doccia-idromassaggio, aria condizionata, accensione digitale, TV digitale nelle due stanze. Nuova palestra-Gym, corredata di attrezzi nuovi, di ultima generazione. Accogliente Reception, con personale cortese e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Bar-ristorante con veranda esterna e comode poltrone. Free Parking area. Ampia sala-colazioni e ristorante, con ricco e gustoso buffet. Staff Hotel, di ogni reparto, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Indimenticabile soggiorno, nella bellissima baia di Kotor, in Montenegro!

Hotelli oli pääkadun varressa. Erityisen hyvä oli katolla oleva uima-allas ja aurinkotuolit :) Huoneeseen kuului parvele, jolta oli merinäkymä :) Aamiainen oli tosi hyvä!

Weekend stay on the coast
Pleasant weekend stay. The Herceg Novi area is very beautiful but there are works on a marina going on close to the hotel so it will be much better in a few months.

Очень современный отель, прекрасный дизайн, удобная мебель. Из плюсов- в день выезда бесплатно разрешиди проживать в номере до 18.00, так как наш номер "Люкс" был не востребован другими гостями. Очень приятно.Из минусов- поставили только один гель для душа и один шампунь на троих человек, за все три дня пребывания не дополняли. Хотелось бы в отеле 4 * видеть кондиционер, лосьон для теля и принадлежнсти для чистки зубов для всех гостей номера. Только количество туалетных принадлежностей не совсем соответсвует стандартам четырех звезд. В отеле прекрасный комплекс СПА, очень вежливый персонал. К сожалению, открытый бассейн вне сезона не работает, ванных нет и в люксе, и поэтому после посещения сауны приходилось довольсвоваться только душем. В целом пребывание в отеле оцениваю очень положительно, порадовал вкусный тортик моей дочке на 2-х летие)). Спасибо за сервис.
