L’endroit a besoin d’amour et un nouveau manager! »

« Aucune ventilation dans le lobby . Pas de ventilateur. Pour remplacer l’air clim probablement brise . L’air clim tres tres bruyante dans ma chambre. Chambre propre petite. Sinon l’hotel est moderne et propre dejeuner tres bon et le personnel super gentil. »

« Beautiful ! It smelled amazing and it was super clean ! The bar was great and atmosphere . I only wish there breakfast had more of a selection and I wish I didn’t have to pa for parking every time I left the hotel »

« The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. »

« Hôtel très vieillot, nécessite un rafraîchissement complet. L’ascenseur était en panne ce qui nécessitait de faire un grand détour par l’escalier de service dans lequel des vieux matelas était entreposés. Nous avons du réclamer des serviettes et des draos supplémentaires car nous étions 6 et ce n’était pas prévu. Vers 23h, le gardien est venu pour nous demander de faire moins de bruit car la fille de 6 ans marcheur dans la chambre!? La cafetière de la chambre était HS. Points positifs : piscine...

« Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »

« L'aspect exterieur de l'hotel laisse a desirer, j'ai d'abord cru qu'il etait abandonne ou ferme. La chambre avait neanmoins ete renovee et etait tres propre, avec frigo et micro ondes. Tout fonctionnait. La dame a l'accueil etait aimable. L'hotel est tres bien situe pour qui veut visiter Detroit. Je conseille (ne pas se laisser rebuter par l'exterieur). Pas de petit dejeuner. »
