Don't miss this beautiful waterfront lake home on Lake Gaston with 6 bedrooms + 1 flex room, and 4 baths. The large vaulted ceilings on the main level immediately draw your focus through the open family room and kitchen to a wall of windows welcoming you straight out to the vaulted and covered porch with cable rails and great views directly overlooking private cove and boathouse. There is an additional open deck directly off of kitchen with gas grill. Boathouse offers multi-level upper deck with great sunsets and plenty of room for your whole crew. House faces south for full sunshine and warm breezes all day long and is only 4 lots over from the highly sought after Pea Hill Creek offering some of the most gorgeous sunset views on Lake Gaston!

*Conveniently located 8 minutes from Food Lion, Subway, ABC store, ACE hardware, Family Dollar, Putt-Putt, and several restaurants. Equipped with tons of board games, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, cornhole boards, Foosball table, Air hockey table. A Complete renovation was recently completed and the entire house, EVERYTHING, has been renovated and newly furnished and decorated! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with high ceilings, closets, and ample space to store your things... plenty of room for large groups, You can spread out, unpack, and enjoy your vacation!

THE DETAILS:

MAIN FLOOR: an open floor plan with large family room and gas fireplace, 55" smart TV, vaulted ceilings, 2- fans, large wrap around couch, recliner, wall of windows facing lake. Kitchen is open to family room with eat-in island and separate dining table. All electric stainless appliances including side-by-side fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal. The large master bedroom faces directly to the lake with great water views and private entrance to covered porch and deck. Master bath features open walk-in shower, garden tub, twin sinks, separate make-up counter, a large walk-in closet, and linen closet with towels and sheets. This level of the home includes 3 additional bedrooms each with queen beds, a full bath with walk-in shower, pantry, and entry foyer.

WALK-OUT LOWER LEVEL: features additional family room with 70" smart TV, wrap-around couch, 2 chairs and lots of floor space. 3 additional bedrooms are on this level with one doubling as a bonus / play room for the kids. This room has bunk beds and "L-SHAPED” couch, reclining chair, 55" smart-TV, foosball table, and closet with board games and extra blankets / pillows. A custom oak bar with cherrywood cabinets provides additional entertainment options offering a sink and microwave, beverage fridge and separate wine fridge. There is a walk-in laundry room with utility sink and cleaning supplies. Continue through to 6th/7th bedroom which features its own private bath and direct access to the hot tub and private outdoor shower. This bedroom has a twin day bed with pull out trundle that can easily convert this room to a king bed option or use as dual twins. The remaining bedroom features a queen bed, work desk, closet, nightstand, and chair.

OUTSIDE: upstairs features a large covered porch with in-wall electric ambient fireplace and heater, vaulted knotty pine ceiling and fan, stainless cable rails overlooking boathouse and lake. There is an additional open deck with gas grill and stairs to lower patio level and lake access.
LOWER PATIO AREA: features 15' x 40' dry / covered entertainment area with smart TV, 3 fans, 3 patio heaters, and plenty of seating for large groups. There is a dining table and outdoor cooking station with built-in gas grill, table top pizza oven, blackstone griddle, 4-gallon oil deep fryer, and electric smoker, and plug-in hot plate single burner. Just outside of the patio is a full custom stone wood-burning fireplace and a pergola stretching over the 8-person hot tub (additional cleaning fee required if hot tub option is used)
There is a 4'x7' walk-in private outdoor shower with lighting in this area as well.
Just off of the patio and toward the lake awaits a set of twin bench swings (seating for 4) with a covered roof and beautiful water views providing the perfect evening cocktail oasis🍸🍹

BOATHOUSE: the boathouse features spiral stairs to the upper two-level sundeck with great sunset views to the west. Lower level features pool-height dock to allow for easy access for swimming and water-sports with seating and covered dry/shaded area. On the west side of the boathouse you will find 2-kayaks and a paddle board for your enjoyment. There is a separate low-level dock for easy kayak launch and entry as well as additional boat or jet ski parking. Storage area of boathouse includes a freshwater sink, refrigerator with freezer, cornhole boards, paddles, and other water toys. There is a freshwater hose for cleaning boats or general clean-up, Stereo with blue tooth connection, and ice-maker for filling your cooler.

There are several marinas on the lake for gas, good food and boat rentals. (Owner offers personal pontoon boat as rental option for those interested)

There is a free public boat ramp 4 miles from the house, it is called the Henrico Wildlife Access boat ramp.

Another public boat ramp, Pea Hill Creek Ramp, is 7 miles from the house on DELBRIDGE Rd.

*Bring your own.... ziplock bags, detergents, toiletries, and paper towels.

LINENS, TOWELS, & BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking is also provided (dishes, cutlery, bowls, bakeware, blender, pots, pans, cups, crock-pot, mixer, drinkware, etc.) Wondering if a particular item is available in the kitchen for cooking?... please message me for clarification. :)
NOTE: A damage deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable and done so automatically within (7) days after departure, provided the following provisions are met. *THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED!

A. No damage is done to the home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, and the home and all of its furnishings are kept in good order (to include the boathouse and its contents).

B. No charges are incurred due to missing items, pets, or collection of rent or services rendered during the stay.

C. All trash, debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and left at street for pick up

D. All soiled/dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

E. Home is left locked on ALL levels.

F. All charges (if any) accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

G. No linens/towels are lost or damaged.

H. No Early check-in or late check-out (unless agreed upon and placed in the rental contract)

I. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner).

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in
Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot tub/boathouse/bonfire/outdoor kitchen as it was perfect for the large group. We hope to come back and would rightly recommend Marc’s home!

Perfect lake house
We had a blast at Marc’s property! House was so clean and cozy, the outdoor kitchen setup and hot tub were such a treat. We had everything we need to relax, cook, and hang out with friends and family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of bedrooms and space!

A paradise on the lake!
What an awesome property! Beautifully furnished and well equipped to meet your every need. Marc is an exceptional host and was VERY responsive to my inquiries. My family and friends felt very comfortable in the spacious living rooms (main floor and ground level) and the large bedrooms. Plan to stay again... this house is a gem!!!

A True home away from home
We have been coming to the lake for 8 years, renting a different house each year to try different parts of the lake and experience different houses. This was by far the most warm and comfortable house with all of the luxury of being at home we could ask for. Usually when it says towels, games , stocked kitchen you still wish you brought certain items. So we learned fast to just pack them. We will definitely be staying again, Marc was so easy and accessible to work with, I can eliminate packing by half. The house has so much space, very clean and plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained. 5 stars

I just don't know where to start - this property was just amazing and the owner, Marc was just wonderful. We arrived at the property early - the trip was quicker than what we thought it was going to be. Marc was so gracious and let us check in early. He gave us a tour of the home and explained everything to us. The home is just beautiful and everything there is first class, the beds, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living room areas upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was just amazing - very large and open and the quality of the cookware, silverware and dishes was terrific. We cooked all meals there and everything worked out wonderful. The boathouse and swimming area were wonderful - the house had these terrific floats for the lake. We stayed in the water most of the weekend. It's a private cove and very quiet. We met the neighbors (that live there) and they were so nice. We rented the pontoon boat with the house and had a wonderful time. Marc was kind enough to take us out in the boat to show us how the boat worked and the areas of the lake prior to us renting the pontoon boat. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the owner. We will definitely rent here again - I would highly recommend this home - It was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented at Lake Gaston!!!!

Lake Gaston Family Bond Experience
Our family had a wonderful week enjoying this home and it amenities. Kayaking and boating/tubing on Lake Gaston was the highlight of the week for all. The home provided us a warm family environment for all to enjoy and come together. The cove was quite and provided relaxation to float and family bonding! If Lake Gaston is our destiny, this is the home we would come back too! Thank you Marc for your kindness and welcome personality!

Awesome house with activities
My family had a wonderful time at Marc’s house! We had 14 adults including our 91 year old grandfather and everyone had plenty of room. We particularly loved the outdoor spaces (upstairs covered deck, downstairs covered patio, dock, etc) as it allowed everyone to be together. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards as well as other games the house had. The neighbors in the cove were very friendly and allowed for a nice community environment. We loved using the Blackstone grill to cook breakfast and dinner as well as the other grill amenities. Marc was super accommodating and very responsive, we appreciated his help throughout our trip! Overall, we really enjoyed this house and location and would definitely consider booking again!
