Immersion de High school
Rien à redire des installation de l’hôtel. Très bien. Piscine et déjeuner no1. Excellent accueil. Point négatif: un groupe d’écolier (environ 50) a occupé la majeure partie de l’Hôtel et l’ont utilisé comme un terrain de jeu: cris, course, claquage de porte, …, toute la soirée. Il aurait été approprié de la part de l’Hôtel de faire cesser ce tapage . Ce sont des clients qui ont dû intervenir pour apporter un peu de calme. Il est inacceptable de payer de tels tarifs pour une immersion de High school aussi dérangeante.

The hotel was a good location. Central to everything, breakfast was ok, bed was clean, so was the room, the washroom had black mold in the shower area and on the ceiling, cracked floor tiles and we had to run the hot water to get rid of the smell coming from the sink drain. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Room had a musty smell like the carpets had been cleaned but not enough ventilation to allow to dry. Heater had horrible smell as well

The walls and ceilings of my bathroom had visible cracks in them, indicating lack of maintenance. The surrounding neighborhood showed evidence of a homeless population loitering nearby. In general, the secured doors and windows of the neighboring residences tells me crime is an issue near this hotel. The continental breakfast was lacking too, as there was no batter for the pancake machine and they ran out of coffee.

It was adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The very small TV was placed on a cabinet that was too low for proper visibility. The breakfast was meagre.

Property was clean and kept nice. The breakfast needs attention. Not from an offering standpoint, but what you do choose offer should be maintained at a higher standard. For instance properly cooked powdered eggs, milk containers refilled when frequently used. Refreshed dry cereal that isnt stale from sitting too long... You are conveniently located across from McDonalds so at least there is an alternative.

Overall not a bad stay, and I would consider staying again. Areas for improvement include The bathroom fan was on but not functional, and The room was hot and humid and the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping up with it.

The property is older, the ceiling in my room was peeling, it seemed like there was water damage happened in the past, bathroom and living space. The floors are newer but very cheaply installed and they are already scratched and marked. The pool & hot tub are visibly older and needs updating, the rugs down the hallway are dirty and I refused to walk from my room to the pool barefoot. The king bed in my room was clean and made up. The large in room (mini) fridge was off at the time of arrival, but I turned it on as soon as we arrived and it suited our needs. In room microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom was dated but did the trick. This property definitely was you get what you paid for...

Carpet in stairway is way overdue for replacement. Curbs by front door were missing and wet and muddy. Watch your step. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

Cody checked us in and was so helpful. We were on the second floor and my husband could not do stairs so he worked with the GM to get us a room on the first floor and brought us a roll-away bed for our daughter. He was really patient and helpful. Thanks.
